안녕하세요,
잠을 덜 자더라도 포스팅은 꼭! 하고 자겠다는 의지로 무장한
유쓰미 @y-o-u-t-h-m-e 입니다. ^^;;

기능공 한 분은 첫 날부터 잠수,
같이 합을 맞추어보았던 제자는 허리통증으로 인해 중도하차,
아버지의 소개로 오시기로 했던 분은 교통편의 불편함으로 포기,
총 세 명의 기능공이 저와 같이 작업을 하려다가
(현장용어로) '빠그러지는' 상황이 생겼습니다..;;

높이가 69~70단에 달하는 높이의 벽체를 혼자서 시공을 하려니,
단도리며 작업이며.. 둘이 맞잡을 때보다 최소 30%는 더 힘든 것 같습니다. ㅠ
그래도 어떻게 하나요,
이미 시작한 현장, 책임감을 갖고 마무리까지 해드려야죠!

쓰러져도 다시 일어나는, 오뚝이 같은 자세로!
이런 난관을 헤쳐나가자고 마음을 다잡아봅니다.

90년대 후반에 전세계적으로 히트를 쳤던 댄스록 넘버입니다.
원래는 리버풀 항만 노동자들의 시위를 지지하기 위해서 쓰여진 곡이지만, 흥겨운 리듬 때문에 영국 클럽 등에서 히트를 치고, 발매 이듬해 열렸던 1998 프랑스 월드컵의 열기와 함께 전세계로 알려진 곡이라고 합니다.
개인적으로는 FIFA 98 게임의 OST를 통해서 접하기도 했었는데, 그래서인지 이 노래를 들을때면 90년 말 ~ 2000년대 초의 기억들이 새록새록 떠오르는 것 같습니다. ^^

그냥 딱 들으면 신나고, 흥겨운 곡,
하지만 가사에는 뼈가 들어있는 곡입니다. ^^

Chumbawamba /ˌtʃʌmbəˈwɒmbə/ were a British alternative band that formed in 1982 and ended in 2012. The band constantly shifted in musical style, drawing on genres such as punk rock, pop, and folk. Their anarchist or libertarian socialist political stance exhibited an irreverent attitude toward authority, and the band have been forthright in their stances on issues including animal rights and pacifism (early in their career) and later regarding class struggle, feminism, gay liberation, pop culture, and anti-fascism.

The band are best known for their song "Tubthumping", which was nominated for Best British Single at the 1998 Brit Awards. Other singles include "Amnesia", "Enough Is Enough" (with MC Fusion), "Timebomb", "Top of the World (Olé, Olé, Olé)", and "Add Me".

In July 2012, Chumbawamba announced they were splitting up after 30 years. On its website the members stated "That’s it then, it’s the end. With neither a whimper, a bang, or a reunion."[6] The band was joined by former members and collaborators for three final shows between 31 October and 3 November 2012, one of which was filmed and released as a live DVD.
