Lend vs Borrow

안녕하세요^^
이번에 또 한국사람들이 얘기할때마다 lend과 borrow 중에 어떤 단어를 사용해야되는지 잘 모르는것같아요.
오늘 제가 둘다 차이점이 있는것이랑 어떻게 잘 사용할 수 있는지 알려드리겠습니다.

차이점 뭘까요?

lend= 빌려주다 I will lend(give) this pen to you.
항상 누구에게 뭘 줄때 lend이라 쓰셔야죠

borrow= 빌리다 I will borrow this pen from you.
항상 누구한테서 뭘 받을때 borrow이라 쓰셔야죠

예를들면

LEND
A: Hey I think I ran out of ink. Do you mind lending a pen to me?
B: I don't mind. Here, use this one.

BORROW
A: Mom! I am going on a date with my girlfriend. Is it ok if I borrow the car?
B: You may borrow the car. Please drive carefully.
