“Japanese Lesson
My super cool teenaged students who take my Japanese lessons created these Japanese New Year’s Greeting cards called Nengajyou. I always show samples and videos and my students get the point very quickly. They love writing and reading Japanese very much as well as speaking and listening. We always talk about Japanese comics, anime and culture. I hope they can visit Japan someday.
I think everybody is having a New Years moment now. I hope all painful and sad situations are going to get better and heal soon in the world! Happy New Year to all!!

私の日本語レッスンを受けている十代の生徒さんが、こんな年賀状を作成しました。彼らは、様々な見本やビデオを見せるとすぐに意味を理解し、いつものみこみがものすごく早いです。会話、リスニング同様、読み書きがとても好きな様子です。常に漫画、アニメ、文化の話で盛り上がり、楽しくレッスンしています。いつか彼らが日本に行く日が来るといいなと思っています。
今まさにお正月の瞬間を世界中のあちこちで迎えていることと思います。世界中の痛々しい、悲しい出来事がおさまり治癒されることを願って。明けましておめでとうございます！
