本日はボジョレー・ヌーヴォーの解禁日です。
業務後に会社でボジョレーが振舞われ早速いただいてきました。
他にもジュースやボジョレーではないお酒なども用意されていてワインが飲めない人でも参加できるようになっていました。
つまみや食事なども用意されており、がっつりと食べて夕飯も同時に済ませてしまいました。
ボジョレー・ヌーヴォーはその年のぶどうの出来を占う若いワインのため、軽めで酸味が強めなのが特徴（と思っている）ですが、本日飲んだものはそんなに酸味が強くなくて飲みやすい気がしました。でも酸味が強いのも好きです。
今年のキャッチコピーは
「有望だが、生産者のテクニックが重要な年」
とのことのようです。

Today is the release day of 2019 Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
Beaujolais Nouveau was served at my company after work and just tried it.
There were also other alcohols and juice so people who does not like wine could also join the party.
Foods and snacks were served as well. I ate crazy so I am full and no need to prepare dinner for myself :)
Beaujolais Nouveau succeeds its marketing in Japan and many Japanese celebrates to drink the first bottle on the release day. The wine itself is fresh and lite since this wine is more for like a tasting purpose to look at the quality of the grape of the year so it feels more like a grape juice for me. I thought the sourness of this years Beaujolais Nouveau was more lite than last year and was good. I do like the sour ones too haha.
