This year was the 19th annual Museum Night, a unique opportunity for visitors to visit important museums, galleries, libraries and other cultural institutions. Olomouc couldn't miss out on this festival and so we set out in search of culture.
The biggest attraction for us was the Homeland Museum in Olomouc : A child's world - a child in the 19th and 20th century.
However, before that our steps led to the railway station from where a historical train departed on the route Olomouc Hlavní nádraží - Olomouc Řepčín, a one-way ticket cost 100 CZK and the journey took about 10 minutes.

letošní rok se konal 19. ročník muzejní noci, návštěvníci mají jedinečnou příležitost v roce navštívit významná muzea, galerie, knihovny a další kulturní instituce. Olomouc na tomto festivalu nemohl chybět a tak jsme se vydali za kulturou.
Největším lákadlem pro nás bylo Vlastivědné muzeum v Olomouci : Dětský svět – dítětem v 19. a 20. století.
Avšak předtím naše kroky vedli na nádraží odkud se vypravoval historický vlak na trase Olomouc Hlavní nádraží - Olomouc Řepčín, jednosměrná jízdenka stála 100 Kč a cesta trvala asi 10 minut.
Olomouc Museum of Natural History : A Child's World - a Child in the 19th and 20th Century
The museum was quite crowded, with the first pieces dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, but as soon as we got further in, memories of our childhood came back immediately.
The first two photos don't show that much distant history, but I don't really remember that old :-).
The third one shows a walker from the 80's in a similar one I learned to walk not only me but also my children, also the dining chair was a faithful companion :-)

V muzeu bylo docela narváno, první kousky se datovali na začátek 19. století, ale jakmile jsme se dostali dál okamžitě se nám vrátili vzpomínky na dětství.
Na prvních dvou fotografiích není až tak vzdálená historie, ale to už opravdu nepamatuji tak starej nejsem :-).
Na té třetí je ale už chodítko z 80. let v podobném už jsem se učil chodit nejen já ale i moje děti, také jídelní židle byla věrný společník :-)

Tady jsem minulý režim zklamal, pionýrský kroj poznám ale nenosil jsem.
Jakož to skaut nosím skautský kroj.
Blue for the girls and red for the boys :-D shorts and panties for gym class, so the teacher would recognize us at first sight.
Modrá holky a červená kluci :-D trencle a kalhotky do tělocviku, aby nás učitel poznal na první dobrou.
