On the 22nd of March, 2022, in my chamber, I consulted 43 patients. There were rush hours in the evening when most of them came together. One asthmatic patient, an Indian worker, came with shortness of breath. But, he was stable. Alhamdulillah, there were no emergency cases yesterday. Another 39 people came for the visa medical check-up.

COVID19 updates in Oman

On 22 March 2022, according to the latest COVID19 updates from the Ministry of Health, there was 103 new cases in the last 24 hours without any death.

Physical activities

No walk on the treadmill. However, just managed to get 10k plus steps.
