My routine has become well established. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
Spoon and oil with tissue first, as always. This time I emptied the TTT while oil pulling and also had a shave. I like how the cleansing routine is consolidated in everyday life and combined with other tasks.
There was no hot lemon today. Instead, we had a nice, sociable family breakfast. It was no longer morning, but we always call the first meal breakfast, no matter when. As in the English expression: breaking the fast.

Alltag und Freuden
Meine Routine hat sich gut gefestigt. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Löffel und Öl mit Tuch wie immer zuerst. Diesmal habe ich während des Ölziehens das TTT geleert und hatte noch eine Rasur. Mir gefällt, wie die Pflege-Routine sich im Alltag festigt und sich mit anderen Erledigungen kombiniert.
Heiße Zitrone gab es heute nicht. Dafür ein schönes, geselliges Familienfrühstück. Es war nicht mehr morgends, doch wir nennen die erste Mahlzeit immer Frühstück, egal wann. Wie heißt es im Englischen zu schön: Das Fasten brechen.
