This time short and clear. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
After spoon and oil, I had my first video conference with hot lemon. Afterwards I was hungry, looking forward to an original cinnamon and raisin bagel from Leipzig with cream cheese, but I had a huge appetite for a stewed apple. So I prepared my first meal, as shown in the picture with the plan attached, along with a few supplements.

Mit guter Übersicht
Diesmal kurz und knapp. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Nach Löffel und Öl hatte ich wieder eine erste Videokonferenz mit heißer Zitrone. Anschließend hatte ich Hunger, freute mich auf Original Zimt-Rosinen-Bagel aus Leipzig mit Frischkäse und hatte doch zunächst enormen Appetit auf einen gedünsteten Apfel. Also bereitete ich mir meine erste Mahlzeit, wie im Bild mit Plan anbei zu sehen, samt einiger Ergänzungen.
