Don't think too much, my soul sometimes demands food and components and I need to recharge it otherwise it will stop working and won't wake up...
When I was in my country, Sunday was the working day and we considered our weekend or our government holiday is Friday and Saturday.
My weekend was all about staying at home, lying on the bed all time, browsing the internet, eating food, spending time with family and my dog, and was all about chilling.
After coming here in Kharkiv, my entire lifestyle changed as well as habit. Now Sunday is one of the important days for me as I have to do so many household chores.
Anyway, let's talk about Sunday...
I am noticing a drastic change in Ukrainian weather, I never saw rain in spring before but this year, we are noting a lot of rain here before summer. The weather seems so moody according to me, in the morning I see a beautiful shiny day and after an hour storm start. So, nowadays the weather update is really very important and for security, I started carrying an umbrella, in case.
All sports, playgrounds and recreational spaces are open now so on weekend people come to play football in this playground. Today, it seems there was a tournament, both team were from Nigeria I guess. One thing I noticed, here people are just loving to play football. But my native country people love to play cricket instead.
I found an interesting wooden stair. I mean it's not exactly stair, it's just a step of 6inch height which is made of wooden planks. It was unstable and temporary I think. Basically, it is made because of the difference in ground level and to save the playground from the snow. This temporary stair is located at the entry of the playground.
I started walking here and there and captured some random pictures while walking. Due to the lockdown situation, I avoid the most crowded areas just for safety. This is a temporary road, it was not like this before, last year it was a jungle but this year I see a connected road made of stones.
I also captured some flower pictures, don't ask me the name because I don't know. I found them in front of a house, I think it was a garden. I am not familiar with European and Ukrainian flowers, I know a few of them. These flowers do not have any fragrance but they are pretty to look at.
I saw a cat was chilling and enjoying the weather. He was sitting outside of the house and was damn care. He seemed pretty much enjoying the gloomy weather and was not in the mood to interact. He acted like he didn't notice me at all.
“It’s Sunday, therefore I am 100% motivated to do nothing today!”
After spending an hour, I decided to go back home. The weather seemed cloudy and was not safe at all. Now, we are having a storm with cold rain. I haven't done much today, it was as usual day. Not lazy, not very productive but it was relaxing Sunday...
“On this lovely Sunday, remember to take a deep breath and relax. Enjoy your family, your friends, and indulge yourself in a nice cup of coffee.”
A cup of coffee was with me but my family is not here, so I enjoyed the Sunday for myself.
