Hi, all HIVE friends in this community, this is the 9th day of Ramadan fasting. In Indonesia, especially in my city, currently the weather is unstable for just one day, sometimes the weather can change very quickly, very hot heat arrives. - arrived replaced with overcast weather, accompanied by wind and very dark clouds, then very heavy rain fell. Not infrequently these few weeks are accompanied by tornadoes that hit my city so that many billboards collapse due to the changing extreme weather.
The changing weather and the dehydrated state of the body lacking fluids due to one daily fast made me have to rack my brains on how to continue to survive with a healthy body so that I can continue to fast smoothly without any obstacles. Then the economic conditions at the end of this month made me really have to be very smart and become a super genius here, because it was only the 3rd of Monday that we were only able to receive our monthly salary. However, health cannot wait for payday, so the steps I take are I go to the nearest supermarket to look for fruit that contains lots of water, vitamin C and at a low price and of course quality.
With the remaining money I finally chose to buy only oranges, compared to other fruits which have twice the price compared to these oranges. There are various kinds of oranges that I can choose from in this supermarket, starting from Santang oranges which are small in size and can be eaten directly with the skin, there are also Sungkis oranges and Wokam oranges, and there are also local oranges, all of these oranges have different prices. - different. After choosing to choose, finally my choice fell on two choices, namely my husband's favorite Wokam orange which has a cheaper price compared to other oranges, namely Rp. 20,000/ kilogram or equivalent to 1.3 U$ dollars. Very cheap right. And I also buy local oranges at a price of less than 1 dollar per kilogram. I really really love Indonesia, which has abundant fruits at very low prices.
Actually, compared to imported oranges, I prefer local oranges, this is because local oranges suit my taste, there is a slightly sour taste that is fresh and lingers in my mouth when I enjoy it as well as the sweet taste which according to my taste is more delicious compared to imported oranges. there although from the outside the appearance of local oranges is not as smooth as imported oranges. And to store these oranges I will just put them in plastic and store them in the refrigerator, but believe me it doesn't take long for the oranges to run out. At most, the orange will run out for 2 days.
And not only those 2 types of oranges that I bought, but I also have local lemons behind my house so I can freely pick them anytime and make lemon tea with them. How was your shopping this week? and is my choice right to choose citrus fruits as an economical and healthy choice for my body and pocket..ha..ha greetings from us tomi and maya from the city of binjai Indonesia
