Hoy tenÃa varias cosas que hacer y entre ella ir al supermercado. La verdad que de mis supermercados el favorito por los momentos es Rio y este queda bastante cerca de casa y me encanta ir ya que los vegetales son bastante frescos, todo muy limpio y disfruto ir a comprar vegetales a este supermercado.

Aquà tenemos las zanahorias que habÃa en este supermercado, se que hay diferentes tipos de zanahorias de otros colores pero aquà solo encontramos las anaranjadas y algunas veces encontramos la variedad de zanahorias babys. Pero hoy solo habÃa estás zanahorias.

Ya que tienen un buen precio tome unas cuantas para llevar a casa ya que me gustan mucho para hacer ensaladas, también podemos hacer una deliciosa mayonesa de zanahoria o algunas hamburguesas de arroz y zanahoria o unas galletas. La verdad que son muy versátiles a la hora de preparar deliciosas recetas veganas.
