When we go to the supermarket to buy food we can not miss in our cart this product at home, as it is a beneficial food to health, because it provides protein, vitamins and minerals; in addition, cocoa is a food that provides a great energy intake.
Hola amigos, en esta ocasión me uno al reto vegano traído a esta comunidad por nuestra amiga @sirenahippie que consiste en comprar cacao o chocolate. Cuando vamos al supermercado a comprar alimentos no puede faltar en nuestro carrito este producto, ya que es un alimento beneficioso para la salud, porque aporta proteínas, vitaminas y minerales; además, el cacao es un alimento que proporciona un gran aporte energético.
To buy cocoa or chocolate we always look for the most recognized brands, but today we find in the market new products of very good quality and at affordable prices to our pocket. I tell you that some time ago I used to buy chocolate in bars and with it I used to prepare cakes or hot chocolate, but I have learned that cocoa powder is also very good for these preparations. So when I buy it I prepare cakes, puddings and my hot chocolate that I like so much and I know that with this cocoa they are delicious.
Para comprar cacao o chocolate siempre buscamos las marcas más reconocidas, pero hoy encontramos en el mercado nuevos productos de muy buena calidad y a precios asequibles a nuestro bolsillo. Les cuento que hace un tiempo compraba chocolate en tableta y con ella preparaba tortas o chocolate caliente, pero he aprendido que el cacao en polvo también es muy bueno para estas preparaciones. Así que cuando lo compro preparo tortas, pudines y mi chocolate caliente que tanto me gusta y sé que con este cacao quedan deliciosos.

But when it comes to buying I look for a cocoa powder that is pure, 100% natural and at a good price, since many of the ones I used to buy before have become difficult to acquire because of my budget.
En los supermercados siempre tenemos la sección de chocolates o cacao de diferentes marcas y precios, pues me encanta este pasillo... cuando estoy ahí y reviso busco opciones de cacao que he probado o me han recomendado. Pero a la hora de comprar busco un cacao en polvo que sea puro, 100% natural y a buen precio, ya que muchos de los que compraba antes se han vuelto difíciles de adquirir por mi presupuesto.

Como quiero que el cacao se conserve durante mucho tiempo, lo retiro de la bolsa y lo coloco en un recipiente hermético de vidrio, aunque también pueden utilizar uno de plástico, ya que de esa manera garantiza la retención de su sabor y su frescura. También lo guardo en un lugar que sea seco, fuera de la luz solar y alejado de productos con aromas intensos, porque puede absorber olores.
