I explore the foundation beneath my feet.
I rise; then grasp the significance of my ethereal experience.
Climbing to the pinnacle takes time. Weaving through life's pressures takes time.
I may be hardened outside, but I softly ache for inner peace. I feel my ancestors' breaths gently caress my cheek. They're beckoning me to come and know their resting place. With outstretched arms, they wait to embrace.
I hesitate. I'm not ready. I know this within my soul.
They nod with understanding I not yet realize.
I know, though, that once I reach my destination, I'll be able to absorb the beauty overlooking the horizon.
My heart will be soothed by the silence of the Golden Morning.
Welcome back everyone to my fractal projects. Today, I wanted to share with you a small project I've been working on recently. I just took time this evening to finish it. The image reflects how the world could look in a more serene environment. I love being around nature and water, especially the beach.
I knew I wanted to design a set of fractals to accompany other elements of my project. A fractal is an infinite mathematical shape that is represented by coordinates. As I previously discussed, Apophysis 2.09 is a Windows application that is open sourced and utilized for rendering fractal flames. This program can also design and edit the drawing before rendering. The colors turned out beautifully as I wanted to embrace the elements of life and water.
For this particular project, I included a free image of a woman in a pose position. Digital filtering utilizing Deep Dream Generator added a unique colorful stone abstract design. I love the gold, red and green colors. I also love working with Nvidia Gaugan for digital landscape drawings from brushstrokes. I wanted to add fullness to the image, so I duplicated the fractals in a drawing and editing program.
