Well I'm talking of course about the movie that I promised a few days ago Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown, a movie that takes us back to the world of Goblin Slayer with new threats and dangers. Espero que excelentemente bien, hoy serán testigos de algo novedoso en mis blogs debido a que por primera vez en todo lo que llevo haciendo posts cumpliré mi palabra (Ya era hora jajaja) Hay un dicho que dice "La palabra de un hombre es ley" Por lo que es necesario que la cumpla trayendo uno de los post que he prometido, seguro se preguntaran ¿De qué infiernos habla este loco? Pues hablo por supuesto de la película que prometí hace unos días Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown, una película que nos lleva de nuevo al mundo de Goblin Slayer con nuevas amenazas y peligros. Sin más que agregar preparen sus armas y hechizos que vamos a ir a cazar alimañas verdes.
Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown is a film released in 2020, it has a duration of 80 minutes and is a direct continuation of what happened in the anime, just as the anime was also produced by White Fox. The film brings us back to the group of the Goblin Slayer who have the task of rescuing an adventurous daughter of nobles with a lot of money, she went with some companions to destroy a goblin nest in an area with a lot of snow and highly cold but they underestimated the goblins and that brought consequences. Our protagonists in addition to rescuing the girl have the challenge of facing the weather and having to face the goblins being things that complicate the whole thing.
Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown es una película estrenada en 2020, posee una duración de 80 minutos y es una continuación directa de lo sucedido en el anime, al igual que el anime también fue producida por White Fox. La película nos trae de nuevo al grupo del Goblin Slayer los cuales tienen la tarea de rescatar a una aventurera hija de nobles con mucho dinero, la misma fue con algunos compañeros para acabar con un nido de goblins en una zona con mucha nieve y altamente fría pero subestimaron a los goblins y eso trajo consecuencias. Nuestros protagonistas además de rescatar a la chica tienen el desafió de enfrentarse al clima y tener que afrontar a los goblins siendo cosas que complicaran todo el asunto.

The other characters the goblin slayer, the priestess, the elf, the dwarf and the lizardman are exactly the same as in the anime. This is something that does not surprise at all since if in the anime their development was not given importance much less they will do it here, the fact that it does not surprise me does not mean that it does not disappoint me how little importance they are giving the characters. Los demás personajes el goblin slayer, la sacerdotisa, la elfa, el enano y el hombre lagarto son exactamente iguales que en el anime. Esto es algo que no sorprende en lo absoluto puesto que si en el anime no se le dio importancia a su desarrollo mucho menos lo harán aquí, el hecho de que no me sorprenda no quiere decir que no me decepcione la poca importancia que se les está dando a los personajes. The animation and the soundtrack are simply wonderful maintaining the standard that the anime set. I daresay I found the soundtrack much more epic.

In this film, the world of Goblin Slayer expanded more than is believed for 4 specific reasons: 1) The theme of some new gods was touched upon, leaving the door open to be retaken in the future. 2) Everything takes place in a new environment with new elements to which the protagonists must adapt. 3) Goblins are getting smarter than you think, learning much faster and even trying to do things to get stronger. 4) It shows us a new mutation of the goblins that presents new challenges to be able to face it.
En esta cinta se expandió el mundo de Goblin Slayer más de lo que se cree por 4 razones en concreto: 1) Se tocó el tema de algunos nuevos dioses dejando la puerta abierta para ser retomado en un futuro. 2) Todo transcurre en un nuevo ambiente con nuevos elementos a los cuales los protagonistas deben adaptarse. 3) Los goblins son cada vez más inteligentes de lo que se cree, aprendiendo mucho más rápido e incluso intentando hacer cosas para hacerse más fuertes. 4) Nos muestra una nueva mutación de los goblins que presenta nuevos desafíos para poder enfrentarlo.

La trama es muy sencilla al simplemente reducirse a completar una misión, siguiendo la simpleza que caracterizo al anime en cuanto a sus historias. Por otro lado tampoco cambia la fórmula de contener escenas de acción excelentes con dosis exageradas de sangre, considero que ese es el estilo que ha adoptado este anime dándole poca importancia a la trama que mueve los capítulos y en cambio enfocándose más en los enfrentamientos y estrategias aplicadas.
Something that arises in this film and that I hope will be resumed in the next season is the fact that the protagonists must adapt to the constant learning of the goblins, being that in the film they are surprised by the progress they have, Although this was seen before, this time it caused more impact due to the intellectual leap that the goblins made. It is an interesting addition since if you use this resource in the future it will give you a certain touch of constant evolution to be able to face the threat.
Algo que se plantea en esta película y que espero que se retome en la próxima temporada es el hecho de como los protagonistas deben adaptarse al constante aprendizaje de los goblins, siendo que en la cinta los mismos se ven sorprendidos por los avances que tienen estos, si bien esto ya se vio con anterioridad en esta ocasión causo más impacto debido al salto intelectual que dieron los goblins. Es un añadido interesante puesto que si usan este recurso en un futuro le dará cierto toque de constante evolución para poder hacer frente a la amenaza.

In this section I will also mention how the Goblin Slayer had anticipated that reaction, I mention this because he is slightly more empathetic than in the anime. I do not want to be misunderstood with this last thing that stands out, it is not a character development far from it but at least it is a tiny change in the character that is worth highlighting.
Haré un pequeño énfasis en la aventurera novata puesto que me pareció simplemente maravilloso el cómo después de haber sido raptada por los goblins esta se muestra notablemente traumatizada y con mucho rencor hacia estos siendo totalmente acorde con todo lo que vivió. En este apartado también mencionare como el Goblin Slayer había previsto esa reacción, menciono esto debido a que se muestra mínimamente más empático que en el anime. No quiero que me malentiendan con esto último que destaque, no es un desarrollo de personajes ni mucho menos pero por lo menos es un cambio minúsculo en el personaje que es merecedor de resaltarse.
Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown is an excellent film that can be considered as a longer episode of the anime because it does not break with what it establishes but rather maintains it and in some cases improves it minimally. If you expect a movie with an interesting message and deep characters this is the wrong movie for you, what it does offer are action scenes, a lot of blood and very ingenious strategies to be able to face the differences in numbers. For all the above mentioned this film deserves a rating of 4.5 stars out of 7, hopefully the next installments will give some depth to its characters.
Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown es una excelente película que puede ser considerada como un episodio más largo del anime debido a que no rompe con lo que este establece sino que lo mantiene y en algunos casos lo mejora mínimamente. Si esperan una película con un mensaje interesante y personajes profundos esta es la cinta equivocada para ustedes, lo que si ofrece son escenas de acción, mucha sangre y estrategias muy ingeniosas para poder hacer frente a las diferencias de números. Por todo lo anterior mencionado esta película merece una calificación de 4,5 estrellas de 7, esperemos que las próximas entregas les den algo de profundidad a sus personajes.
