Today when I woke up I saw that I had 131 POB, and that this amount was almost close to $ 6 dollars, which caught my attention since that amount corresponded to 3% of the minimum wage in my country.
I found the high value (for my reality) strange in my wallet and decided to see what the Token was about. I'm still not really aware of how the reward works, how much you earn by curating or even posting, but I decided to make a stake of the value, and go to see the tribe.
For that small amount my vote of 100% was worth 1.50 POB. So I went to HiveEngine to see how much it was in dollars.
At the time of this posting the last transaction cost $ 0.097 per POB. At the time I raised an eyebrow, after all for my reality that would be $ 0.24 BRL per vote. With 20 votes a day $ 4.81 BRL, at the end of the month R $ 144.47 BRL, just over 13% of the minimum wage in force in my country.
If I didn't want to contribute to anything in the community and it didn't grow in value or decrease, I would have money to pay a electricity bill and I would have a few bucks left.
However, at that moment I thought about the long term and the credibility of my account. What image do I want to convey to the community? From someone who gives 20 votes to himself, thinking only of selling the tokens, withdrawing the money and producing nothing. Someone who is just sucking up a pool in the short term and not thinking about how to multiply the voting power or someone thinking in the long term and in the future being able to create bonds in the community that would vote for me for actually producing content? After all, what advantage would I have every month by withdrawing a considerable low amount if I could contribute to the community and make that amount multiply.
It is a fact that the price can drop with many people just wanting their piece of the cake and selling for low price orders, instead of trying to produce a bigger cake where everyone could be satisfied. I am doing my part, producing this content, actually using what the community wants, original, quality content that seeks growth.
I hope to add POB as one of the currencies that will accompany the growth in my portfolio in my monthly reports in the Leo community, as my posts on everything that involves finance, such as this one, will still be posted there, and many of the other things that I feel like to post not related to the economy, I will be happy to post here.

Hoje ao acordar vi que possuía 131 POB, e que essa quantia estava quase próximo a $6 dólares, o que me chamou atenção visto que esse valor correspondia a 3% do salário mínimo no meu país.
Estranhei o alto valor (para a minha realidade) na minha carteira e decidi ver do que o Token se tratava. Ainda não estou muito por dentro de como funciona a recompensa, quanto ganha fazendo curadoria ou até mesmo postando, porém decidi fazer um stake do valor, e ir ver a tribo.
Por essa pequena quantia meu voto de 100% estava valendo 1.50 POB. Então fui até o HiveEngine para ver o quanto isso estava em dólar.
No momento dessa postagem a última transação custou $0.04378 por POB. Na hora levantei uma sobrancelha, afinal para a minha realidade isso seria $0.24 BRL por voto. Com 20 votos ao dia $4.81 BRL, ao fim do mês R$144.47 BRL, pouco mais de 13% do salário mínimo vigente no meu país.
Se eu não quisesse contribuir em nada na comunidade e ela não crescesse de valor e nem diminuísse, eu teria dinheiro para pagar uma conta de luz e sobraria alguns trocados.
Porém nesse momento eu pensei no longo prazo e na credibilidade da minha conta. Que imagem eu quero passar pra comunidade? De alguem que da 20 votos em si mesmo, pensando apenas em vender os tokens retirar o dinheiro e nada produzir. Alguém que está apenas sugando uma piscina a curto prazo e não pensando em como multiplicar o poder de voto ou alguém pensando a longo prazo e no futuro podendo criar laços na comunidade que me votariam por de fato produzir um conteúdo? Afinal que vantagem eu teria todo mês retirando um valor considerável baixo se eu poderia contribuir com a comunidade e fazer esse valor se multiplicar.
É fato que o preço pode cair com muita gente apenas querendo o seu pedaço do bolo e vendendo por ordens de preço baixo, ao invés de tentar produzir um bolo maior onde todos pudessem se satisfazer. Eu estou fazendo a minha parte, produzindo esse conteúdo, usando de fato o que a comunidade quer, um conteúdo original, de qualidade, e que busca crescimento.
Espero adicionar o POB como uma das moedas que acompanharei o crescimento na minha carteira em meus relatórios mensais na comunidade Leo, pois meus posts sobre tudo que envolver finanças, tal como esse, ainda continuará sendo postado lá, e muitas das outras coisas que tenho vontade de postar não relacionadas a economia, terei o prazer de postar aqui.
