So let's break it on down for all you dreemers.
💦Water - we are adding in another cup! so that's 40 ounces a day. For a lot of you, you're already SOARING past this - so this is no effort at all. For those of you like me... and sam.. hahahaha well - just add in another cup, shall we??
🤫 Quiet time - we are doubling this - but be creative! You don't have to take the full 10 minutes all at once. You can break it up over the day. Take it before each meal time - or - grab 2 - 5 minute rests... whatever you like - just ENJOY that rest time for your mind and soul!
20 minute goal. We bumped this up from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Have fun with it! hehehe take the time to stretch those talents and abilities! hehehe
- 🤜🤛 ENCOURAGER - NOW THIS IS A NEW ONE! YOU KNOW WHAT I NOTICED?? a lot of people were encouraging other dreemers on the Friday report post. But I think we would have felt a LOT better in the week, if we were reminding one another about getting our water in - or taking those moments to have some quiet.
- SO. when you post daily - use the #dreemportchallenge tag if you are doing this challenge so that other dreemers can find you...
- SEARCH the #dreemportchallenge tag and drop a cheery, encouraging word on someone you KNOW is doing this challenge. It doesn't have to be a comment even about the post! hahaha Just say something as quick as "Hey - did you drink your water today??" "Don't forget - take 10 minutes to rest that mind!" "Hi Dreemer, I hope you got your gold star today.... (hehe more on that later!) just - encourage - a fellow dreemer!!!
- Now is that all? nah... not all. at the END of the week - ON YOUR DREEMPORT REPORT - I want you to NOMINATE the BEST encourager of the week! Who encouraged you the MOST - or BEST - all week long!? 🧘♀️ 25 min activity - easy peesy - you've done 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks. you can add in another 5 minutes to that daily walk - or stretching - or dancing - or WHATEVER it is that you're doing! 😊
🧁personal goal - THIS IS A NEW ONE ALSO. and this... is just a special thing that ONLY you know about. It can be as small as "Tell my spouse I love them today", "Smile at 3 people today" SOMETHING positive that ONLY YOU know - and ONLY YOU do! HAVE FUN with this. Bring some CHEER into someone's day - and see how AMAZING that makes you feel!
⚓️DreemPort - yep - that's still here. hehehe Drop your post into DreemPort! :) remember - THIS IS OPTIONAL - but if you do it 5 times a week - you get extra Dreem tokens!
⭐GOLD STAR - if you get ALL of your goals in , YOU GET TO MARK THAT GOLD STAR OFF. remember - you don't have to do the DreemPort one to earn the gold star! hehehe but we sure would love to share your work out with other dreemers 😄
