La mayoría de las veces solemos confundir el concepto de felicidad con otras cosas, o bueno, no diría confundir, sino en dado caso que cada uno de nosotros tenemos un concepto distinto de ella. Para unos la felicidad puede ser la familia, para otros sus negocios, para algunos viajar o simplemente comerse un helado de su sabor favorito.
Most of the time we tend to confuse the concept of happiness with other things, or well, I wouldn't say confuse, but rather that each one of us has a different concept of it. For some people happiness can be their family, for others it can be their business, for some it can be traveling or simply eating an ice cream of their favorite flavor.

En realidad hay varias cosas que me hacen feliz, pero hay dos en especial que me gustaría nombrar en esta ocasión. La primera sería comer galletas, ¡En serio amo las galletas! son mi dulce favorito y cada vez que me como al menos una, mi felicidad se eleva a un porcentaje mayor que 100% y si estoy de mal humor o triste, una simple galleta es la solución a eso. En segundo lugar es tener dinero, si, me hace feliz tenerlo porque con eso puedo ayudar a mi familia con sus necesidades, con eso puedo comprar la comida de mi gato, puedo salir de paseo, puedo comprar lo que yo necesite o quiera en ese momento... Y con esas cosas que obtengo a través de él, bien sea la felicidad y tranquilidad de mis familiares o simplemente poder comprarme una galleta, soy feliz. Una vida feliz es estar bien y estable económicamente.
Actually there are several things that make me happy, but there are two in particular that I would like to name on this occasion. The first one would be eating cookies, I really love cookies! They are my favorite candy and every time I eat at least one, my happiness rises to a percentage higher than 100% and if I'm in a bad mood or sad, a simple cookie is the solution to that. Second is having money, yes, it makes me happy to have it because with that I can help my family with their needs, with that I can buy food for my cat, I can go for a walk, I can buy whatever I need or want at that moment.... And with those things that I get through it, whether it is the happiness and tranquility of my family or just being able to buy a cookie, I am happy. A happy life is to be well and financially stable.

Mi madre, mi abuela, mi pareja y mis artistas favoritas (Katy Perry y Blackpink). No hay mejor sensación en el mundo que saber que tienes personas a tu alrededor que te aman y te apoyan incondicionalmente, es el caso de las tres personas que nombré principalmente y en el caso de mis artistas favoritas, me hacen feliz con sus canciones ya que a través de sus letras me imparten tranquilidad, fuerza y paz, o con simplemente subir una actualización a sus redes sociales para así saber que se encuentran bien.
My mother, my grandmother, my partner and my favorite artists (Katy Perry and Blackpink). There is no better feeling in the world than knowing that you have people around you who love you and support you unconditionally, this is the case of the three people I named mainly and in the case of my favorite artists, they make me happy with their songs because through their lyrics they impart me tranquility, strength and peace, or by simply uploading an update to their social networks to know that they are well.

Una buena noticia que me dio mi madre de algo que estuvimos esperando por años y que por fin se nos dió gracias a Dios, la verdad ya habíamos perdido las esperanzas acerca de ello y de repente que nos haya llegado ese mensaje confirmando algo que ya dábamos por perdido, fue para nosotras ver la luz al final del túnel.
A good news that my mother gave me of something that we were waiting for years and that finally was given to us thanks to God, the truth was that we had already lost hope about it and suddenly we got this message confirming something that we had already given for lost, it was for us to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Ser feliz parte de aceptar tu vida tal y como es, aunque actualmente no tengo lo que quiero ni lo que en mi infancia me prometí a esta edad, que sería tener mi casa propia, mi carro, estar estable económicamente y el ya haber terminado mi carrera, eso no me ha impedido del todo ser feliz ya que sin importar eso, tengo personas a mi alrededor que llenan mi vida de felicidad con el simple hecho de existir. Sé que hoy en día no tengo lo que quiero claramente por vivir en Venezuela ya que es imposible obtener las ganancias para adquirir los bienes que deseo, trato de que eso no me afecte al 100% ya que si le doy relevancia a eso, tendría una vida terriblemente triste y agobiada. Vivo mi vida un día a la vez
Being happy is part of accepting your life as it is, although currently I do not have what I want or what I promised myself in my childhood at this age, which would be to have my own house, my car, be financially stable and have already finished my career, that has not prevented me from being happy at all because regardless of that, I have people around me that fill my life with happiness with the simple fact of existing. I know that today I do not have what I want clearly because I live in Venezuela since it is impossible to obtain the earnings to acquire the goods I want, I try not to let that affect me 100% because if I give relevance to that, I would have a terribly sad and burdened life. I live my life one day at a time.

No hay nada que me haga más feliz que alguien me obsequie algo sin yo pedirlo y más si es algo que a mi me gusta, porque eso me da a entender que en el momento que hablé de eso me prestaron atención. Se siente lindo porque me imagino que van por la calle y vieron eso que tanto me gusta y dijeron "¡Mira vamos a llevarle esto a Mariam!" y bueno, para mi es un detalle bastante lindo y que de una u otra forma me hace muy feliz💛.
There is nothing that makes me happier than someone giving me a gift without me asking for it and even more if it is something that I like, because that gives me to understand that at the moment I talked about it they paid attention to me. It feels nice because I imagine that they are walking down the street and saw that thing that I like so much and said "Look, let's take this to Mariam!" and well, for me it's a very nice detail and that in one way or another makes me very happy💛

Cuando en uno de mis cumpleaños mi mamá me regaló lo que más deseaba en este mundo, a mi perrito People, aunque él ya no está conmigo, fue el motivo de mi felicidad durante muchos años ya que apenas veía que yo llegaba a casa, él salía corriendo a recibirme o cuando simplemente ya nos íbamos a dormir y se subía a mi cama a acostarse a mi lado.
