I have always wanted to know Colonia Tovar, located in the state of Aragua, Venezuela. It happens to be two hours away from the city where I live, so together with my partner, we bought a tourist ticket with some friends to embark on this adventure.

The place is very beautiful. It maintains that aspect of a German village with its remarkable characteristics. There was a great work of remodeling and refurbishment of the village, as you can see in the photos. All to resemble the tourist experience of being in a German village in a South American Caribbean country.

My partner and my friends enjoyed a good hot chocolate and a coffee from those places, as well as some strawberries with cream that were not as delicious as I thought they would be.

The lunches in those places are expensive, but in the end we ended up eating a grill because we couldn't stand the hunger. The place is very beautiful, but very expensive to live in. I really enjoyed the experience as it was one of the places I most wanted to visit, so it was a goal accomplished.
