Greetings,
Dear friends first of all I want to congratulate you for the great step taken in the creation of this new community with a very focused topic and very useful in these days where the constant movement and alternative sources of income are increasingly necessary.
My name is Chalbed on the platform I am @soychalbed I have about 18 months, where it has been a constant learning to be better every day.
When we talk about entrepreneurship is a very broad topic although I know that today is taken more into account the economic part, but if we talk about entrepreneurship we are talking about many of the decisions we make in life and that with the passage of time we are leaving a learning. I believe that entrepreneurship is linked to our decisions such as getting married, moving away from our loved ones, among other things.
But when we talk about entrepreneurship in an economic way is a topic that is very fashionable and is that as a result of the pandemic many people were forced to reinvent themselves to bring sustenance to their home, this has generated much evolution in the quality of products and also a lot of supply and demand for them.
If it is my turn to talk about entrepreneurship, I consider myself an innate entrepreneur, I have always liked to work and through my veins runs Arab blood of those who came to Venezuela to stay and be part of the commercial system of the country, Since I was a child as I said I liked my own thing if I talk about my first venture I remember that the backyard of my house hung branches of a mamon bush of the neighbor and at harvest time I climbed on the wall I collected as much as I could and on my bike went out to sell and then go to the warehouse for whatever I wanted.
When I turned six years old my dad was going through a post gallbladder surgery rest and also my brother was two months old the expenses in the house were high and I could not celebrate my birthday to the fullest but one way or another I managed to earn some money to buy the piñata I wanted and also fill it with enough candy, of course with the complicity of my grandmother 🤣 but I could celebrate my birthday.
My school vacations just like Saturdays I could not see the time of their arrival but not to rest but to go to work with my dad although I did not get paid because my dad said that if he paid me I was going to be left without studying for having love to money, I always found a way to get the money, as my dad and grandfather owned a mechanic shop before they repaired the equipment I took the initiative to wash them and asked the owners for a tip, this worked quite well for me.
Over the years in the same workshop of my family I took the initiative to clean and as I did not charge I sold the scrap and earned my money.
Then in my college days I started my first business being a man I sold cosmetics and makeup, this gave me the opportunity to manage personnel since I became a distributor in the brand and I had saleswomen in charge.
After my graduation and due to the low business salaries I took the initiative to be a cab driver and provide executive service to companies traveling much of the country with that work, until a good offer came from my career and I took it. When the crisis was looming in Venezuela with part of my liquidation I bought the furniture of a bankrupt pizzeria and started an artisan bakery at home with my mom as a guide we grew quite a lot but after a while my mom got sick and I left her aside but without selling the equipment.
Already in 2017 with a friend we formalized the artisan bakery with an account on social networks and selling to businesses and customers but all via online, here if I was trained as a baker I took several courses that left me an incredible learning in the art of baking thing that some time later as a result of the shortage of products we worked without profit we left it aside again.
After that I started several projects that did not work very well some were selling items and spare parts until my path was illuminated with entrepreneurship in Hive that believe me when I say that I never saw myself as a content creator but here we are learning more every day and in parallel I run a commercial business that was founded by my great grandmother and that one of my aunts managed for 60 years and gave way to her retirement and gave it to me to continue managing it for many more years.
I also started raising animals such as dairy goats and a few months ago I started raising pigs but I see that more as a hobby and retirement plan than as a source of income.
I am sure that later on I will go deeper into each of my ventures giving details to serve as an example for many who want to venture on this path.
I wish the best of success to all the brave ones who dare without fear of failure and may God grant them success in everything they set out to do.

Queridos amigos primero que nada quiero felicitarlos por el gran paso dado en la creación de esta nueva comunidad con un tema bastante centrado y de mucha utilidad en estos días dónde el movimiento constante y las fuentes de ingreso alternas son cada vez más necesarias.
Mi nombre es Chalbed en la plataforma soy @soychalbed tengo alrededor de 18 meses, dónde ha Sido un aprendizaje constante para ser mejores cada día.
Cuando hablamos de emprender es un tema bastante amplio aunque se que hoy en día se toma más en cuenta la parte económica, pero si hablamos de emprender estamos hablando de muchas de las decisiones que tomamos en la vida y que con el pasar del tiempo nos van dejando un aprendizaje. Considero que el emprender va ligado a nuestras decisiones como casarnos, mudarnos de casa de nuestros seres entre otras cosas.
Pero cuando hablamos de emprendimiento de forma económica es un tema que está muy de moda y es que a raíz de la pandemia muchas personas se vieron forzadas a reinventarse para poder llevar el sustento a su hogar, esto a generado mucha evolución en la calidad de los productos y también mucha oferta y demanda por los mismos.
Si me toca a mi hablar de emprender me considero un emprendedor innato siempre me h gustado trabajar y por mis venas corre sangre árabe de los que llegaron a Venezuela para quedarse y formar parte del sistema comercial del país, desde muy niño como ya lo dije me gustó lo mío si hablo de mi primer emprendimiento recuerdo que el patio trasero de mi casa colgaban ramas de una mata de mamón de la vecina y en la época de cosecha me trepaba en la pared recogía lo más que podía y en mi bicicleta salía a vender para luego ir a la bodega por lo que se me antojara.
Cuando cumplí seis años de edad mi papá atravesaba un reposo post operatorio de vesícula y además mi hermano tenía dos meses de nacido los gastos en la casa eran elevados y no se podía celebrar mi cumpleaños a todo dar pero de una u otra forma logré ganarme un dinero para comprar la piñata que quería y además rellenarla con suficiente caramelos, claro con la complicidad de mi abuela 🤣 pero pude celebrar mi cumpleaños.
Mis vacaciones escolares igual que los sábados no veía la hora de su llegada pero no para descansar sino para ir a trabajar con mi papá aunque no recibía paga porque mi papá decía que si me pagaba me iba a quedar sin estudiar por tenerle amor al dinero, siempre encontré la forma de conseguir el dinero, como mi papá y abuelo eran dueños de un taller mecánico antes de que ellos reparan los equipos yo tomaba la iniciativa de lavarlos y le pedía propina a los dueños, esto me funcionaba bastante.
Al pasar de los años en el mismo taller de mi familia tome la iniciativa de limpiar y como no cobraba vendía la chatarra y ganaba mi dinero.
Luego en mi época universitaria emprendí con mi primer negocio siendo hombre vendía cosméticos y maquillajes esto me dió paso a manejar personal ya que en la marca llegué a ser distribuidor y tenía vendedoras a cargo.
Luego de mi graduación y debido a los bajos sueldos empresariales tome la iniciativa de ser taxista y prestar servicio ejecutivo a empresas recorriendo gran parte del país con esa labor, hasta que llegó una buena oferta de mi carrera y la tome. Cuando ya se asomaba la crisis en Venezuela con parte de mi liquidación compre el mobiliario de una pizzería quebrada y emprendí una panadería artesanal en casa con mi mamá como guía crecimos bastante pero luego de un tiempo mi mamá enfermo y la dejé a un lado pero sin vender los equipos.
Ya en el año 2017 con un amigo formalizamos la panadería artesanal con una cuenta en redes sociales y vendiendo a negocios y clientes pero todo vía online, aquí si me forme como panadero realice varios cursos que me dejaron un aprendizaje increíble en el arte de la panadería cosa que un tiempo después a raíz de la escasez de productos trabajábamos sin ganancias la dejamos a un lado de nuevo.
Luego de eso inicie varios proyectos que no funcionaron muy bien algunos era venta de artículos y repuestos hasta que mi camino se iluminó con el emprender en Hive que créanme cuando les digo que jamás me veía como creador de contenido pero aquí vamos aprendiendo cada día más y en paralelo llevo un negocio comercial que fue fundado por mi tata abuela y que una de mis tías manejo por 60 años y se dió paso a su jubilación y me lo dió para seguir manejando lo por muchos años más.
También emprendí en la cría de animales como cabras lecheras y hace unos pocos meses comencé con la cría de cerdos pero eso lo veo más como un hobbie y un plan de jubilación que como una fuente de ingresos.
Seguro que más adelante iré profundizando cada uno de mis emprendimientos dando detalles para que sirva de ejemplo para muchos que quieren incursionar en ese camino.
