I came across this challenge of @riverflows I liked it a lot, as we can bring out our feelings about this pandemic that overwhelms us.
Here is the information you need to find out more about this Challenge

This poem was extracted from one of my publications, to which I made some modifications.

Social distancing, Covid go now.
The end of 2019 is a difficult year full of challenges, sadness and joy, full of new diseases, full of Covid19.
Since then it has been the following years of change for humanity, atypical years, where we found ourselves paralysed and full of fears.
Death haunts us, we must keep our distance from our loved ones, many were caught by death, they lost the battle. The virus did not spare them.
Washing our hands, greeting each other from afar, forgetting hugs and kisses, we went from being affectionate to being distant and discreet. These measures are not synonymous with not loving each other; on the contrary, by loving each other we distance ourselves and thus do not take risks.
In the confinement we reinvented ourselves to get by in the midst of so much rehearsal.
If we go out, we have to cover our faces with a mask and disinfect our hands with alcohol and gel.
We stopped seeing our family, and if the pandemic got them we could not say our last goodbye.
We changed our way of looking at life, we had to enjoy every moment, always bring a smile, and even though it was grey, we had to paint life with colours.
This virus has marked us, this virus has entangled us, news come, news go, news come, vaccines are invented, we don't know where they come from, this virus makes me suffer.
How difficult it is to get ahead when there is a virus attacking you, when nerves don't let you keep your strength.
Fortitude that I ask my blessed God to save us from this virus,
to save us from this virus, please, I ask you.
May this nightmare end and may the light appear and shine.
And let us look at a new day, with joy and the sympathy that there is no more illness that keeps us away from the family that one day we distanced for the love of your life and mine.

I consider @justclickindiva and @sacra97 very good writers and they could join this challenge.
Here is an invitation to participate.
