Elegí el pulpo porque siempre me ha parecido un animal interesante, además de que me recuerda mucho a mi infancia, pues la señora que nos cuidaba era una experta preparando pulpo(aunque sea una referencia algo cruel 😅) y desde ahí, se convirtió en mi platillo favorito.



Algo que me parece un poco raro, es que en la mitología siempre lo han retratado como un mounstro marino, supongo que por su aspecto, pero siempre he pensado que es algo injusto, porque están etiquetados como criaturas de terror. Para mí, son como dicen por ahí, rudos por fuera, blandos por dentro jeje...

I chose octopus because it has always seemed to me an interesting animal, plus it reminds me a lot of my childhood, as the lady who took care of us was an expert in preparing octopus(although it is a somewhat cruel reference 😅) and from there, it became my favorite dish.



Something that seems a little weird to me, is that in mythology they have always portrayed it as a sea monster, I guess because of its appearance, but I've always thought it's kind of unfair, because they are labeled as creatures of terror. To me, they're like they say, tough on the outside, soft on the inside hehe....
