My dear #Hivercreators
In the Christmas spirit, I'm making various arrangements at home with old material to celebrate the Christmas spirit.
However, I don't live alone, isolated, in a mountain; I share daily with my community, so together with another neighbour we are making some details to announce Christmas in the pavement where we live.
So here I show you how we did it with material that the neighbours had given up for lost.

Mis queridos #Hivercreadores Contagiada de este espíritu navideño, en mi casa estoy haciendo con el material viejo, varios arreglos para celebrar ese espíritu navideño. Sin embargo, no vivo sola, aislada, en una montaña; comparto diariamente con mi comunidad, así que en unión con otra vecina nos dedicamos a hacer unos detalles para anunciar la navidad en la vereda donde vivimos. Así que aquí les muestro cómo lo hicimos con material que ya los vecinos daban por perdido. ¡Acompáñame!
We know that our home comes first, but among most of the neighbours, we managed to collect some ornaments that were about to be thrown away or discarded from their decoration.
Among them we were able to rescue:
🎄 Garlands.
🎄 Balls.
🎄 Ribbons.
🎄Christmas tablecloth.
🎄 Material to tie and glue to the poles. I used cold silicone and thick thread.
And other details that you will see in the pictures:
Sabemos que primero es nuestro hogar, pero entre la mayoría de los vecinos, logramos recolectar algunos adornos que ya estaban por botar o desechados de su decoración. Entre ellos pudimos rescatar:
🎄 Guirnaldas.
🎄 Bolas.
🎄 Cintas.
🎄Mantel navideños.
🎄Material para amarrar y pegar en los postes. Yo usé silicón frío e hilo grueso.
Y otros detalles que ya verán en las fotografías:
In total there are four posts and two gates to decorate, so we divided the garlands into equal parts to place them on each of them.
The tablecloth was also cut into strips to line the posts. As it is made of plastic, the material is excellent for outdoor use in case of rain or sun.
Finally, the ribbons were placed on the garlands.
En total son cuatro postes y dos portones a adornar, así que dividimos las guirnaldas en partes iguales para colocarlas en cada uno de ellos. El mantel, también fue cortado en tiras para forrar los postes. Como es de plástico, el material esta excelente para el exterior por si llueve o el sol. Por último, las cintas fuimos colocandolas en las guirnaldas.
On each of the poles, we placed a garland with ribbons around it, resembling a wreath. To this "crown" we added the balls and the details that were contributed by the neighbours.
Under this wreath, we placed the strips of the tablecloth previously cut, and these were the results:
A cada uno de los postes, le fuimos colocando una guirnalda con cintas rodeando teniendo semejanza con una corona. A esta "corona" le íbamos agregando las bolas y los detalles que fueron aportados por los vecinos. Debajo de esta guirnalda, fuimos colocando las tiras del mantel previamente cortados, siendo estos los resultados:

For the two gates we made an arch, with the ribbons and decorations we were given. We used the larger balls to highlight the decoration when the neighbours came in or out:
Para los dos portones hicimos un arco, con las cintas y los adornos que nos dieron. Usamos las bolas más grandes para resaltar el adorno cuando entrarán o salieran los vecinos:

And now my dear creators, we have officially welcomed Christmas!
We can say that certainly many of the decorations showed their deteriorated state, but with a good presentation, all the neighbours were happy.
It's all a question of ingenuity and they added a detail to each house to make the Christmas spirit of the season felt.
So I invite you to cheer up and with everyone's collaboration (there is always something to give), we can become infected with these festive atmospheres; waiting for the birth of the child and the farewell of the old year, giving way to this 2022. At least on this side of the map heh,heh.
Y ahora sí mis queridos creadores, ¡Oficialmente le dimos la bienvenida a la navidad! Podemos acotar que ciertamente muchos de los adornos mostraban su estado deteriorado, pero con una buena presentación, todos los vecinos quedaron contentos. Todo es cuestión de ingenio y ellos en cada casa fueron agregando un detalle para que se sintiera el espíritu navideño propio de estas épocas. Así que los invito a animarse y con la colaboración de todos (que siempre hay algo que dar), podemos contagiarnos de estos ambientes festivos; esperando el nacimiento del niño y la despedida de año viejo, dando paso a este 2022. Al menos en este lado del mapa je,je.
