My boyfriend and I have been together for two years. And within that time of being with him, we clicked and wanted to do the things we enjoyed together. Aside from loving each other and being together, we also wanted to experience every adventure and other memories we could treasure. It is indeed true that we have differences as well as similarities.
I can say that one thing is for sure – we both love eating and having food trips. Because we clicked on this part, we made sure to try every food we encountered in different restaurants and cafes we hopped into. And just recently, we visited a food court where they sell numerous tasty foods and drinks. Since my boyfriend was craving something cheesy, we went there and ordered different foods. Let me show them to you!
First, we ordered some Takoyaki. It was one of his comfort foods this year. He bought eight pieces and picked the one with a cheese bomb. I didn’t ask him how much it cost, but I think it was around $3 for the eight pieces of Takoyaki. It was actually for him, but I also ate some. I like Takoyaki, but not as much as he likes it.
For me, I bought Korean Fried Noodles. I also added some Fried Siomai as my toppings. Since I love spicy foods, I requested the cook in charge to put some spicy seasonings on my noodles. And I am glad I achieved the taste that I was craving. I love how they made the sauce with a bit of sweetness and spiciness. Plus, I got to use chopsticks for it.
I mentioned that my boyfriend was craving something cheesy, so he wanted to try the Carbonara from another stall. When the plate got delivered to our table, he was so happy because of what it looked like. And it tasted so good. He wanted me to try it, and we did not regret buying it.
But the cravings did not stop there. I was shocked when a waitress entered our table and put the Shawarma Bites with Fries. He said he wanted to surprise me since Shawarma is one of my favorite foods. Of course, I felt happy and grabbed one. I almost forgot my name because of its deliciousness.
We went there with my nephew. It was a treat for my nephew, who got an academic award. He was one of the awardees in his class. It was the reason why my boyfriend told me to go out with him. We will never forget buying something he loves too. We purchased the Nacho Fries for him because it was his favorite meal in that food court.
And food trips will not be perfect without drinks. I am not into milk tea; the same goes for my nephew. We bought a Fruit Milk Shake for him with Melon Flavor because it was his favorite too. While for me, I got some Chocolate Shake, and my boyfriend wanted Flavored Milk Tea.
When everything got settled on our table, we decided to eat and enjoy them. I did not have a chance to take pictures while eating because I find it irritating. I only took pictures before we ate them. I let the two boys enjoy and achieve a happy tummy. And, of course, I also felt pleased with this once-in-a-blue-moon trio date.
