Introduccion a Hive
Saludos a todos en este mundo extenso de Hive, nos volvemos a encontrar en un nuevo comienzo, soy Raidhi Alvarado antes conocida acá en la plataforma como
nestorgarcia, los invito a ver un poco de mi trayectoria en Hive, dedicaba casi exclusivamente a ilustraciones tradicionales, lamentablemente por cosas que suceden perdí mis llaves y por más que lo intenté no logré recuperar algún respaldo. Debo admitir que me produce bastante tristeza, ya que fue un trabajo bastante arduo, desde el aprendizaje inicial, entender la Blockchain, comprender la plataforma y los cambios de la misma, las reglas, intentarlo con miedo y fallar un montón de veces, hasta que con ayuda de muchas personas logré familiarizarme , encontrar mi nicho y compartir lo que hago con todos ustedes.
Greetings to everyone in this vast world of Hive. We meet again at a new beginning. I am Raidhi Alvarado, formerly known here on the platform as nestorgarcia. I invite you to take a look at my journey on Hive. I was almost exclusively dedicated to traditional illustrations, but unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I lost my keys, and despite my best efforts, I was unable to recover any backups. I must admit that it makes me quite sad, as it was quite hard work, from the initial learning process, understanding Blockchain, understanding the platform and its changes, the rules, trying it with fear and failing a lot of times, until, with the help of many people, I managed to familiarize myself with it, find my niche, and share what I do with all of you.

El camino fue fascinante desde el 2019, Hive anteriormente Steemit me ayudó a sobrellevar la pandemia, además que me reconcilió con el arte, desde muy pequeña me gusta dibujar, recuerdo que podía pasar horas literalmente dibujando en cuadernos, metida en mi imaginación. Más en mi adolescencia este amor por el dibujo fue mermando, dibujaba, pero no tan seguido, al llegar a mi edad adulta era muy esporádico y casi que, por obligación, llegó un punto estando en la universidad donde curse Ingeneria Civil que prefería pagar para que alguien más dibujase las laminas para las exposiciones. En definitiva estaba divorciada de las ilustraciones, aún hoy no se el por qué, creo que no me he tomado el tiempo de interiorizar este detalle.
The journey has been fascinating since 2019. Hive, formerly Steemit, helped me cope with the pandemic and reconciled me with art. I have loved drawing since I was very young. I remember spending hours literally drawing in notebooks, lost in my imagination. However, during my teenage years, this love for drawing began to wane. I still drew, but not as often. By the time I reached adulthood, it was very sporadic and almost out of obligation. There came a point when I was studying civil engineering at university that I preferred to pay someone else to draw the illustrations for my presentations. In short, I was divorced from illustration. Even today, I don't know why. I think I haven't taken the time to internalize this detail.
Creo que es lo que más me conecta a Hive, ese puente con el dibujo y que a pesar de los contratiempos que podamos tener en nuestro día a día, bien sea trabajo o enfermedad que me ha hecho alejarme de ambas cosas, siempre mantienen un vínculo, siempre que pienso en algún dibujo vienen a mi mente como presentarlo a la plataforma esperando siempre las interacciones de los usuarios, donde terminas descubriendo personas que son ilustradores, aprender de ellos y otros que no lo son pero que te llenan con los comentarios increíbles hacia tu trabajo.
I think that's what connects me most to Hive, that bridge with drawing, and despite the setbacks we may have in our daily lives, whether it's work or illness that has kept me away from both, they always maintain a bond. Whenever I think of a drawing, it comes to mind how to present it on the platform, always waiting for user interactions, where you end up discovering people who are illustrators, learning from them, and others who are not but who fill you with incredible comments about your work.
Ya estamos a 2026, y no negaré que me duele mucho no poder continuar con mi antiguo usuario, pero prefiero tomarlo como un nuevo comienzo, todo en la vida va cambiando y quizás es una señal para hacer un rebatimiento donde pueda compartir un poco más de las cosas que suelo hacer tales como el deporte, viajes y trabajos con impresiones 3D en lo cual estoy incursionando y me apasionan además de las ilustraciones, algo que seguiré manteniendo en mi perfil.
It's already 2026, and I won't deny that it hurts a lot not to be able to continue with my old username, but I prefer to take it as a new beginning. Everything in life changes, and perhaps this is a sign that I should make a change where I can share a little more about the things I usually do, such as sports, travel, and 3D printing, which I am getting into and am passionate about, in addition to illustrations, something I will continue to maintain in my profile.
Y mientras les echaba el cuento de lo que sucedio con mi antigua cuenta, les fui mostrando una ilustración del Pokémon Gengar que logré hace poco y deseaba que fuera protagonista, pero tambien les mostraré un juguete bastante genial, una pequeña impresona 3D con la cual estaré haciendo algunas cosas divertidas, de momento estoy aprendiendo a trabajar en ella, pero de igual forma daremos muchos pasos. Además tambien deseo compartir una de mis más grandes pasiones y es hacer deporte, actualmente practico Halterofilia y en ocasiones algunas clases de Crossfit, no todo a la vez para no sobretacargar algunas articulaciones como mis hombros, con los cuales ya he tenido problemas anteriormente.
While I was telling them about what happened with my old account, I showed them an illustration of the Pokémon Gengar that I recently created and wanted to feature, but I'll also show them a pretty cool toy, a small 3D printer that I'll be using to make some fun things. I'm still learning how to use it, but we'll be making a lot of progress. I also want to share one of my greatest passions, which is sports. I currently practice weightlifting and sometimes take CrossFit classes, but not all at once so as not to overload certain joints, such as my shoulders, which I've had problems with in the past.
Más adelante prometo hacerme mas experta en temas de video, siempre es más emocionante ver como se materializa la cosa en tiempo real jajaja pero muchas veces por los menos en los entrenamientos es imposible dada la concentración, pero prometo hacer el esfuerzo, espero les guste esta reintrodución a Hive, siempre es grato volver.
Later on, I promise to become more skilled in video matters. It's always more exciting to see how things materialize in real time, ha ha ha, but often, at least during training sessions, it's impossible given the concentration required.
