Pero buel aqui estoy y les quería compartir que mis pollitos ya tienen un mes y medio de nacido, y han crecido bastante. Aquí no uso incubadoras artificiales, sería una gran ventaja, pero las mismas gallinas son las encargadas de incubar los huevos por 21 días, días en los que sale poco del nido, solo cuando tiene mucha hambre y sed. En ese tiempo le va dando vueltas, esto previene que el embrión se adhiera a la membrana o al cascarón, además de asegurar que el calor se distribuya de manera uniforme. Al primer mes de haber nacido los pollitos pensé que la gran mayoría serían machos pero ahora ya más grande me doy cuenta de que no, al contrario todo parece indicar que son hembras la mayor cantidad. Y eso es bueno porque significa que en un futuro tendré más cosecha de huevos y pueda ser una fuente de alimentos y ingresos
