Soy Ajolote, la Mascota del Proyecto @Aliento. Mi fin, es guiar a los usuarios que publican en la Comunidad Aliento y darle la bienvenida a los nuevos usuarios.
En cada uno de tus post te dejaré una recomendación importante, la de hoy es:
Ser un Hiver activo va más allá de solo publicar y comentar. Implica un interés genuino en la blockchain: tómate el tiempo de aprender cada día sobre ella y cómo evoluciona.
Desde el Proyecto Aliento te invitamos a involucrarte plenamente en lo que Hive representa a través del voto a Testigos y Propuestas que consideres que beneficien a la cadena.
Eso sí, piensa bien antes de votar, lee a profundidad sobre la propuesta y haz las preguntas necesarias para entenderla; tu criterio personal es clave, ¡No te dejes llevar por la opinión de los demás!
Recuerda: Hive nos pertenece a todos y es nuestra responsabilidad colectiva mantenerla y hacerla crecer, tomando decisiones adecuadas sobre la distribución del fondo de recompensas.

Being an active Hiver goes beyond just publishing and commenting. It implies a genuine interest in the blockchain: take the time to learn about it every day and how it evolves.
From Proyecto Aliento, we invite you to get fully involved in what Hive represents by voting for Witnesses and Proposals that you believe benefit the chain.
However, think carefully before you vote, read deeply about the proposal and ask the necessary questions to understand it; your personal criterion is key, don't be swayed by the opinion of others!
Remember: Hive belongs to all of us and it is our collective responsibility to maintain it and help it grow, by making adequate decisions about the distribution of the reward fund.
