El tema de esta semana me resulta muy interesante porque hace algunos años no me consideraba una persona creativa precisamente, todo lo contrario, ello porque tenía la creencia errónea de que la “creatividad” estaba reservada para las artes y manualidades, una cualidad que no estaba presente en todos, porque estaba asociada a tener habilidades especiales que yo en teoría no poseía.
(Cualquier parecido con la realidad de mis dibujos es pura coincidencia)
Nada más alejado de la realidad, y me siento muy feliz de poder decirles hoy con propiedad que fue un viejo paradigma en mi vida. Hace unos pocos años, en mi preparación holística tuve la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre ello, y quiero abordar este tema el día de hoy desde la perspectiva de la “Energía” que es un tema que me encanta!!!
Te estarás preguntando probablemente que tiene que ver una cosa con la otra, y resulta que todo, todo, todo lo que existe, lo que piensas, lo que ves, lo que tocas, lo que CREAS absolutamente TODO es ENERGÍA.
La creatividad tiene que ver con el Poder de la “Creación”, surge desde el origen mismo del Universo y todas las manifestaciones de vida tienen esa cualidad creadora, es una energía que nos permite expresarnos desde nuestros potenciales, de lo que realmente somos y conectarnos con nuestros dones y talentos, por ello la creatividad no está solo en las manualidades, o en las artes, también está en la cocina, en la enseñanza, en la crianza, en la carpintería, la albañilería, la poesía, el ejercicio de la abogacía, de la medicina y, en fin en todas las actividades y oficios que puedas imaginarte, incluso puede estar presente en la forma en como afrontamos los acontecimientos de nuestra vida cotidiana.
Lo que hacemos en Hive es una manifestación de la Creatividad pura!!!
Este poder creador se encuentra alojado en nuestro segundo Chakra, llamado Svadhistana, Sacro o Chakra Sexual, y contiene la “Propagación creativa del ser”, es el centro de las emociones, de las relaciones interpersonales, de los deseos, anhelos, y las energías sexuales… y así va poniéndose más interesante el tema porque nos adentramos al título de “Creatividad, Sexualidad y Manifestación”.

Los chakras son una fuente de energía dentro de nuestro cuerpo energético, actúan como una especie de receptores o antenas que van absorbiendo las vibraciones del entorno e irradian nuestras vibraciones (bien sea que las generemos consciente o inconscientemente).
- "La sexualidad es una expresión de la creación".
Este segundo chakra contiene el deseo de crear vida y también la capacidad para hacerlo, por eso encuentra su relación con el Sexo, pero también denota un significado especial porque no se trata solo del sexo por el sexo, o del sexo para la procreación, sino más bien de llegar a ese espacio de encuentro con el otro que nos lleve a vivir literalmente una “fusión” con el todo, con el cosmos y así experimentar su poder creador.
En la filosofía del tantra sostienen que en el encuentro entre esas energías opuestas (ying y yang / femenino y masculino), ocurre una alquimia sexual en la que se diluye esa dualidad y se “crea” en conjunción una nueva energía. Incluso, afirman que si en ese momento en el que estás a punto de llegar al orgasmo visualizas lo que deseas o traes a tu mente algún proyecto que quieras manifestar, lo cargas con esa energía de creación dándole mucha más fuerza para su concreción.
Es por ello, que a nivel energético se considera la relación sexual como un medio de auto expresión y potenciación. La sexualidad nos conecta con el cuerpo y las necesidades físicas, así como con la capacidad para explorar nuestros aspectos eróticos y sensuales, ese erotismo sexual nos lleva al orgasmo y esta liberación de energía nos potencia en todos los sentidos: físico, mental y emocional.
¿Recuerdas la última vez que tuviste una relación sexual de esas que quedan grabadas en las células? ¿Cómo te sentiste al día siguiente? ¿Experimentaste ese magnetismo que te hace sentir que puedes atraer o hacer lo que quieras? Y que estas risueño simplemente porque te sientes genial y no puedes ocultarlo.

Dentro de esta energía sexual, también se encuentra el placer, es decir, no sólo se trata del acto físico sexual, sino también de encontrar el placer hasta en las cosas más cotidianas como comerse una fruta, tener una conversación con otro, darse un masaje, sentir la brisa en el rostro, cualquier otra actividad que nos conecte con el placer y explorar por medio de los sentidos la experiencia que estoy vivenciando en el momento presente.
Cuando creamos desde el placer hacemos que ocurra esa alquimia transformadora.
A través de este chakra también trabajamos la energía del deseo, la atracción y la ambición, y por esto tiene relación con la “materialización”:
¿Qué es lo que deseo desarrollar?
¿Qué quiero crear en mi vida?
¿Cuáles son mis anhelos?
El arte de administrar nuestra energía creativa, tiene lugar cuando dejamos florecer nuestras ideas, dándole rienda suelta a esa potencialidad latente que está en nosotros. Esto puede ocurrir desde dos espacios diferentes del Ser: “El Amor o el Miedo”. En el Amor está la dicha, la paz, la armonía, la fe, la bondad, la compasión, la alegría, la gracia y demás estados positivos del Ser; en contraposición, en el Miedo se encuentran todos los negativos, tales como la decepción, frustración, rabia, tristeza, angustia, y demás estados que nos conectan con malestar.
Si nos dejamos fluir motivados por la energía del Amor, creemos en nuestro potencial e iluminamos el campo energético que acompaña a cada idea creativa, lo que hace que se genere una especie de “participación sincrónica” del universo y empiezan a surgir situaciones y personas que nos van a ayudar a llevar a cabo ese proyecto.
Por su parte, cuando se crea desde el miedo las energías que se atraen son muy distintas. Un ejemplo de usar este poder de la creatividad desde este espacio, pudiera ser el de personas que se dedican a crear “chismes” e inventar cosas para hacer mal a otro, o para manipularlo. En este caso estarían usando negativamente la energía creativa, otro ejemplo sería cocinar (o hacer cualquier otra cosa) desde la rabia, ¿Cómo creen que se expresará la energía creativa desde ese espacio? Creo que no hace falta que les hable de las consecuencias de esto, porque hasta me llegó el olor de chamuscado.
Nuestras creaciones contienen una de estas dos energías, por eso es sumamente importante que conscientemente nos preguntemos desde que espacio estamos activando ese poder creador, somos los únicos responsables de todo lo que surja a partir de nuestra elección.

This week's topic is very interesting to me because a few years ago I did not consider myself a creative person, on the contrary, I had the mistaken belief that "creativity" was reserved for arts and crafts, a quality that was not present in everyone, because it was associated with having special skills that I theoretically did not possess.

Nothing could be further from the truth, and I am very happy to be able to tell you today that it was an old paradigm in my life. A few years ago, in my holistic preparation I had the opportunity to reflect on this, and I want to approach this topic today from the perspective of "Energy" which is a topic I love!
You are probably wondering what one thing has to do with the other, and it turns out that everything, everything, everything that exists, what you think, what you see, what you touch, what you CREATE absolutely EVERYTHING is ENERGY.
Creativity has to do with the Power of "Creation", it arises from the very origin of the Universe and all manifestations of life have that creative quality, it is an energy that allows us to express ourselves from our potentials, of what we really are and to connect with our gifts and talents, That is why creativity is not only in the crafts, or in the arts, it is also in the kitchen, in teaching, in breeding, in carpentry, in bricklaying, in poetry, in the practice of law, in medicine and, in short, in all the activities and trades that you can imagine.
What we do at Hive is the manifestation of pure Creativity!
This creative power is housed in our second chakra, called Svadhistana, Sacred or Sexual Chakra, and contains the "Creative Propagation of the Being", it is the center of emotions, interpersonal relationships, desires, longings, and sexual energies... and so the subject becomes more interesting because we enter the title of "Creativity, Sexuality and Manifestation".
The chakras are a source of energy within our energetic body, they act as a kind of receptors or antennas that absorb the vibrations of the environment and radiate our vibrations (whether we generate them consciously or unconsciously).

In the philosophy of tantra they maintain that in the encounter between these opposing energies (ying and yang / feminine and masculine), a sexual alchemy occurs in which this duality is diluted and a new energy is "created" in conjunction. Within this sexual energy, pleasure is also found, that is to say, it is not only about the physical sexual act, but also about finding pleasure even in the most everyday things such as eating a fruit, having a conversation with another, getting a massage, any other activity that connects us with pleasure and exploring through the senses the experience that I am living in the present moment.
When we create from pleasure we make that transformative alchemy happen.
Through this chakra we also work with the energy of desire, attraction and ambition, and for this reason it is related to "materialization":
The art of managing our creative energy, takes place when we let our ideas flourish, giving free rein to that latent potential that is in us. This can happen from two different spaces of the Being: "Love or Fear". In Love there is happiness, peace, harmony, faith, goodness, compassion, joy, grace and other positive states of Being; in contrast, in Fear there are all the negatives, such as disappointment, frustration, anger, sadness, anguish, and other states that connect us with discomfort.
If we allow ourselves to flow motivated by the energy of Love, we believe in our potential and we illuminate the energy field that accompanies each creative idea, which causes a kind of "synchronous participation" of the universe to be generated and situations and people begin to emerge who will help us to carry out that project.
On the other hand, when we create from fear the energies that are attracted are very different. An example of using this power of creativity from this space, could be that of people who are dedicated to creating "gossip" and inventing things to do evil to another, or to manipulate them. In this case they would be using the creative energy negatively, another example would be cooking (or doing anything else) from anger, how do you think the creative energy will be expressed from that space? I think I don't need to tell you about the consequences of this, because I even got the smell of burning.
Our creations contain one of these two energies, so it is extremely important that we consciously ask ourselves from which space we are activating this creative power, we are the only ones responsible for everything that arises from our choice.
