Good afternoon #Qurator community, I hope you are well enjoying this day with family and friends. I am very happy to participate in the contest: Qurator's Hive Top Chef/ Crust for which I prepared Candied Fruits with Patilla (Sandía) Shell.

The ingredients used were:

Watermelon Concha.
Vanilla.
Sugar (1/2 cup).
Cake Coloring.

Buenas tardes comunidad #Qurator, espero se encuentren bien disfrutando este día en unión de familiares y amigos. Me siento de feliz de participar en el Concurso: Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Corteza, para lo cual preparé Frutas confitadas con Concha de Patilla.

Los ingredientes usados fueron:

Concha Sandía.
Vainilla.
Azúcar (1/2 taza).
Colorante para Torta.

PREPARATION

I peeled the patetilla shell and cut it into small cubes.

PREPARACIÓN
Pelé la concha de la patilla y corté en cubos pequeños.

I put the patilla cubes in a pot and added 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vanilla.

Puse los cubos de patilla en una olla y agregué, 1 taza de agua, 1/2 taza de azúcar y 2 cucharadas de vainilla.

I took it to medium heat for 20 minutes.

Llevé a fuego medio por 20 minutos.

Once cooked I divided them into three portions and added coloring to each one, stirred gently and let them cook for 2 minutes over low heat until they absorbed the color. I removed and finished.

Ya cocidos los dividí en tres porciones y agregué colorante a cada una, removí suavemente y dejé cocinar por 2 minutos a fuego bajo hasta que absorbieron el color. Retiré y terminado.
