Weekend Freewrite -10/12/2019 - Single Prompt Option

The week that passed was what I would consider "hell week." No, I'm not going through something in life. It is what it is. I'm referring to my work condition in which I had to do an amount of work that is meant to be done by two people. That's the trouble with white collar jobs. At least, that's the trouble with mine. I had a co-worker who was practically absent all the time. Unfortunately for me, she is related to the boss. Boohoo! When I complained about it, I was told off by the awful boss. Oh well! Nuff said.
I'm going to focus on the positive. I was simply glad last week was gone. However, by tomorrow, it's a new week once again. I can only hope for the best. Look on the bright side, I have work that pays the bills. I'm blessed.
Actually, when I mentioned white collar, I'm reminded of this TV series from some time back. I didn't get to finish watching the series as real life got in the way. But I did remember watching out for it in the early run, as it starred the yummy Matt Bomer as Neal Caffrey. It was an interesting show that involved catching con artists. How clever indeed!
