Curd house
I made this dessert very quickly. It does not need to bake. Minimum time .. and go for a walk to look for the sublime and beautiful!
Curd house looks like a gingerbread house
Sponge cake with cottage cheese and banana filling and chocolate top.
- Square cookie
- Cottage cheese -0.250-300 gr
- Banana
- Black or milk chocolate 0.50 gr
- Sugar to your liking. (
- Vanilla sugar and cocoa as desired
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or crush with a fork. I had a very tender home-made cottage cheese.
In a bowl of cottage cheese, add sugar(I took a little) , vanilla sugar. In 1/2 part of the cottage cheese, I added cocoa to 1 tsp. mix.
I put a banana in the middle. You can take marmalade or candied fruit, raisins .. whatever you want. You can add whipped cream, but I didn’t put it.
Create a triangular bun - place the filling on the base of the cookie.
Excessive filling is smoothed out with a knife.
Put the chocolate in a bowl and, stirring occasionally, melt in a hot water bath until you get a uniform chocolate sauce, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream.
Pour the cookies with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with coconut.
The taste is good!

Ah, I forgot ...
...for a couple of hours I put the Curd house in the refrigerator.
Walking in the fall is enjoyable. I found a wreath of leaves.
