[Homemade] Easter chocolate eggs with cheesecake filling.

I do the same thing, but instead of cheesecake filling, we fill them with Baileys. Delicious.
Substitute half the sweetened condensed milk for Bailey's, skip the vanilla extract, and have Irish cream cheesecake stuffed eggs.
You should try substituting the condensed milk for vodka, skip the chocolate and cream cheese, and add ice. Delicious!
Yeah, but unless you put it in a glass or something, you just have a countertop full of ice and vodka. Sounds messy.
I actually live in Poland, so that's the first time I've heard of those, but yeah, they indeed look similar, but I think that's where the similarities end. I've found the original recipe a little while ago, tried it out yesterday with some changes, like that orange jelly on top.
-12 hollow chocolate Easter eggs

-8 ounces cream cheese, softened

-½ cup sweetened condensed milk

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients and put them into chocolate eggs, then put into the freezer for about an hour or two.

There are few ways to imitate the yolk, but I personally either use orange jelly or apricot jam. Just put a little drop of it on each egg after they're frozen, then put your decorated eggs into your fridge, to make it soften a little. It should be ready to eat in few hours.

And that's it! Enjoy your Easter everybody!
Was seriously going to hard boil eggs and dip them in chocolate as an April fools prank... I am glad you posted this. I would have been wildly disappointed if they enjoyed it.

To the people saying they are Cadbury cream eggs, they are definitely not, firstly the eggs are much bigger, secondly, the chocolate design is different and thirdly the inside looks different.

It seems like biting into the chocolate would just cause the inside to spill out everywhere.
