Was meeting my wife at Somerset MRT train station for dinner. Usually, one of the cheaper option was the food court at 313@Somerset but we decided to walk around as we were not that hungry. Then we came across this place called - Encik Tan. I think we have eaten at their other outlet before and knew this was a relatively cheaper option.
