On Happiness

If you want happiness, choose to be happy! For example, an unfortunate incident happened which made you very unhappy. You can choose to sulk and moan and remain unhappy, or you can accept that the situation happened, put the unpleasantness behind you and move on. Sometimes, a change in mindset and attitude makes a lot of difference.
