Today I got a big box fully of vegetables from my friend who lives in Saitama. We have been friends since university, and I just found that she is in Japan. She is married and had two kids. Her house has space to grow vegetables, especially Thai vegetables such as sweet basil, lemongrass, chilis, morning glory, Thai eggplant, peppermint, etc.
What?
Why is the box so big?
Look at all these vegetables !!
It would be incredible if I could eat them all.
My friend said she wanted to put in more vegetables but there was no space. I’m very thankful for her kindness.
What can I do with all these vegetables?
Of course, I gave some to 4 of my friends. But there are many that I can probably eat within 1 to 2 weeks, but I don't know what I should I cook. Do you have any ideas?
