The Cijin Star Tunnel was built during the Japanese colonial days as a military tunnel that's why its quite rustic inside. It is built underneath the Cihou Fort in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, but a lot of visitor may miss the tunnel when visiting the Fort as it is more famous and of greater historical significance.
Today the tunnel is fully utilised as another tourist attraction in the area. Lights and a rather bad attempt of constellation stars have been installed inside. I don't think these add much to the tunnel to be honest. You can see for your self when I whizz you though it in my video.
