Guys i hope you all are awesome.And also doing cool.Yeah now steemit work also i hope you guys doing awesome.So guys lets talk about my vlog topic.Yeah its little strange matter. Yeah because from somedays i am thinking i will make vlog about this matter.I think this is so important matter in our recent life.Because from many years i am seeing in school, college,office and others many university student also some stress people doing that.Yeah when ever people feel tension or feel broken or hopeless than he or she take specially sleeping pill for relief from pain.Many people know its not good for health so harmfull.But for pain they forget everything and they start taking sleeping pill.Ans addicted with that.

So guys For them my todays vlog.I have some suggest for them.Yeah i am not so experience about these matter.But when i seen somedays ago my one friend so i decided i should suggest.So guys lets see Afrin some suggest about that matter.
