My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2019

Good evening Actifitians!

I hope you all are playing with ACTIFIT!

Well, I am very happy today that I have completed the maxmimum stepcou t today! Today, I have achieved 12k+ step counts.

Well, first the sad news. Yesterday, I was not able to post my actifit day. I was as usual on my daily activity schedule but my phone battery was almost at zero as I have not put it with the charger at night.

I posted for 4 days in a row but again missed at fifth day which was a very sad thing to me. So today, I though to achieve the 10k+ marks.



What I did today?

  • At morning, walked the distance from my home to a friend's house not so near by. It was Sunday afterall and It's ok to chill a bit on Sunday!

  • At noon cycled my way down to my friend's home to group study.

  • At evening, again walked a bit towards the field to meet my friends and to hang out.

  • After having my dinner, went to terrece and did jogging until it reached 12k+!

So! That was my daily activity.
