Nothing beats Roast lamb and Yorkshire pud on a Sunday for me.
We have experienced Roast lamb in many places of the world and one of my favourites was at a pub in Wimbledon. Not sure if I have any photographs of the place - the atmosphere was amazing and the food was superb. Melt in the mouth lamb and huge Yorkshire puds - and they would even come around afterwards offering seconds of the roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds
My lamb was coated with Origanum, Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper - with a little lemon squeezed on top.
My son and his fiance shared this wonderful meal with us on Sunday
Cooking in the oven. I actually started cooking the night before and the meat cooked for about 10 hours - It was really superb.
