"Tis the Season for Giving"
Soup served with wholewheat bread
We've been eating a lot of salads and soups lately so I undertook to make this vegetable broth.
It also came with some giving. A friend of mine dropped off some marrow bones for the soup and this certainly gave it a marvellous flavour.
The soup contained
2 marrow bones
Carrots
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Onion
Kale
Spinach leaves
2 Chicken Stock cubes
Water
Bone marrow - apologies to our non meat eaters - this looked gross even to me but added great flavour

This was a very nice broth. All ingredients were placed in a slow cooker with enough water to cover and leaving a gap of one inch at the top of the slow cooker.
This has been a very busy time for me. I have been working non-stop to get everything ready for my upcoming tour to London and other parts of the UK - and even Paris - so keep warm with this delicious soup
This will be a Sofar Sounds tour.
