2018 夏天日本东京点点滴滴 · 日本航空篇 Japan Airlines


This is the first time we took Japan Airlines to Narita airport from Singapore Changi airport.

Their service is perfect, it is a pleasant experience with Japan Airlines. They prepare the baby items accordingly and hand it to me at the very first place.


There are baby foods, napkin, nappy, utensils, toys and toys for kids too. They brief about bassinet installation, safety and etc. They react spontaneously and feedback promptly.


They are all very proactive. It is far above than the service experience I have accepted during my flight with MAS airlines few years ago.


这是我第一次乘搭日本航空,直飞成田机场,需时约 7 个小时多。大人小孩票价总共约 6 千零吉,小孩半价,两岁以下的宝宝 低于两百零吉。

当天,是早班飞机,所以我基本都没能睡着……辛亏我没睡,因为大家都忘了设置闹钟,的士司机也弄错时间了!惊吓中急急忙忙联系司机,把孩子们穿戴整齐就出门了。

由于是从新加坡机场出发,住在马来西亚的我们必须提早越缇到新加坡,避免遇上上班族的车龙。庆幸一切都顺利,准时到达樟宜机场。

登机前,我们四处逛逛,买了一些伴手礼,准备送给多年不见的日友。接着,带着小孩的我们优先登机了,日航的空服员非常仔细,而且反应迅速,有时还有点紧张兮兮,看着她们忐忑的服务着大家,有点心疼。我也不好意思太多动作,她们常常会积极反应,小孩东西一掉地,她们立马扑飞前来捡起....真的是满分好评的服务。


接着,她们递上宝宝纸尿片、宝宝辅食、餐具、围巾、玩具等等。还有交代许多流程细节,比如宝宝床铺的安装、起飞降落时宝宝的安全措施等等……这些都做得非常仔细。还有,婴儿推车的交替安排得井井有条。比起以前乘搭马航时的服务,差别甚远。
