My day started of by seeing a message on my iPhone sent early...early....morning by @waybeyondpadthai , she is certainly a early riser not like most Thai girls i know she's always quick of the mark but has got a habit of senting messages to me at very short notices all the time but she is so sweet i can't get mad at her... god love her. Her friend @teamsteem was in town and she was inviting me out to met him.

We had arranged to meet at Chatuchak Markets which is , i would say the biggest shopping market in Thailand with over 10,000 shops to choose from. We decided to eat just outside from the markets where there is a lot of yummy food vendors and also many street vendor's selling goods even outside on the streets before you even enter into the main complex of the market.

We all order the famous Thai dish the Padthai noodles and just as we had ordered them we could see this big thunder storm brewing up , just as we were finishing up our meal the skies opened up and it came down in bucket loads so we were stuck in the streets vendor store having to move from our original spot because we were getting rained on @waybeyondpadthai jumped out of her chair a couple times due to the loud frightening thunderstorm was so funny to see...lol :)

After awhile the rain eased off a bit and we all decided to make a dash into the main complex of the markets. It was all @teamsteem fault he bought the rain from Canada it was all sunny till he got into Bangkok.

Anyway @teamsteem didn't mind and we didn't either , even though it rains here in Bangkok the atmosphere is still warm. So our journey into the maze of shops starts and i am telling you GPS coordinates would have a hard time finding you in here.

After walking a few isles the kids finally found some toys to play with @waybeyondpadthai on the small percussion frog and @teamsteem on the bigger percussion frog instrument they were actually beating out some pretty croaky tunes....haha :)

And then blow me not @waybeyondpadthai finds a more exciting toy to play with...omg....she is a funny girl to be out with.

Even the owner of the store was getting in on the act to many Ping Pong shows seen i think...lol:)

There were many shapes , sizes and varieties to suit everyone even come in ashtrays to your table.

And now enough of that ladies let's move on if you need anything for your next Halloween costume here is the place some pretty scary get ups.

I have never seen so many items under one roof you just don't know what and where to look at next @teamsteem was certainly blow away by all this.

Chiang Mai hand made bags and hats for any occasion and hundreds of soft toys you can hang of your hand bags.

Great antiques of all sorts can be found in this market some very fascinating indeed.

Many little coffee shops , food shops and live music bars which are all very cozy , can be found walking through the isles if you need a break from all that walking.

We found the perfect wedding flower arrangements if you were deciding to get married i think this would work well for @waybeyondpadthai and @teamsteem don't they just look like a perfect couple....hehe :)

Not me come on guys :)))))

There was no way we were going to walk around 10,000 shops so we decided to head out and go over the other side of Chatuchak Markets to the Quality fruit market and maybe grab some fruits or a smoothie as @waybeyondpadthai suggested as she knew this place also @teamsteem wanted to see all these Thai exotic fruits.

Now outside and it was blue skies and sunny.

This fruit market was also enormous at least the size of a couple of football fields if not more.

After been breath taken again by this awesome fruit market and us having the best freshly squeezed juices the day wasn't over yet we still had a few hours of daylight and @teamsteem for some reason was interested in seeing some Water Monitor Lizards and i knew the perfect park were they hang out so onto the underground train and of to Lumpini Park.

Here we are at one of the most beautifully park in Bangkok , Lumpini Park.

We walked from one side of the park to the other side where i knew we would see these Monitor Lizards @waybeyondpadthai was in front of us when she spotted the first one right in front of her as we turned the corner, we heard a loud scream and @waybeyondpadthai left a trail of smokey black rubber from her shoes and no where to be seen i think she ran up the nearest tree , this was definitely the biggest Monitor Lizard i have seen in this park i think they knew @teamsteem was coming and they wanted to put on a show for him.

This Lizard was so calm it didn't give a shit that we were around and probably wondering why that human run up that tree...haha...i really scared her didn't i.

And this one was either to fat to even move or she was a pregnant one keeping her little ones cool in her belly by laying on the cool ground.

Well it was a awesome day had with @waybeyondpadthai and @teamsteem thanks for inviting me along Mo and it was nice to meet you Yo and let's do it again soon. Thanks guys for your great company....Oh and we did eventually get Mo out of that tree...hehe :)
