One Sunday in March, I went to the Rochor Beancurd shop at Balestier Road. They don't have fancy decoration but celebrities have visited before.

🎶Meanwhile, some music for you to enjoy as you read. This piece is part of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, particular the first of the 4 violin concertos, called Spring.

After placing my order, I sat at one those cheap folding table and can see next to me where they get the ready to serve item.

Other than the usual sweet beancurd, I shared a dough fritter with my wife.

When I saw they have fried toufu on the menu, I had to tried it. It's not too bad but quite expensive for something that don't looks difficult to prepare.

As I left the shop, this was what I saw. If this looks familiar, it is because I shared a similar of same picture. Yes, I was there are Balestier Road to look at the lighting shops for the renovation.
