Last Sunday, I was out for lunch but not a usual late lunch because I was going for a activity in the late afternoon but that's another story. Before that, after the earlier than usual household chores, it was lunch. My wife and I went to Lau Pa Sat because it was near to where we were heading later.

No big crowd that you would see in the weekday lunch hours.
没看到在工作日午餐时间会看见的人群。
I went to queue at this stall before I got frustrated. This stupid stall had no sign telling people there are different queue for ordering food and collecting food. I wasted time queuing at the food collection queue when there was nobody at the food ordering queue until people started to order from that.
So frustrated I decided tell my wife, you want to eat from there, you go buy the food. Otherwise, I'm queueing elsewhere.
在我感到烦之前，我是去了这个摊位排队。这笨笨摊位没有任何提示告诉人们有不同的列队叫食物和取食物。我跟人排队了好一阵子后才发现有人在另一地方叫食物。浪费时间排了相当久感觉烦烦烦。我告诉太太我不排了，你要吃，你去排。否则，我别的摊位买。
She went and I stared at the old structure at the top for a while.
她去了，我无聊的看着顶部的旧结构。
Then she brought over the fried hokkien prawn noodle.
然后她带来了炒福建虾面。
Next she brought over the oyster omelette.
接下来，她带来了蚝煎。
Both the item taste good enough. She noticed the foreigner were buying from the stall too but she thought maybe because the stall has the words "Local delights". Make sense?
这两样其实味道都不错。她注意到外国人也在这摊位买东西吃，但她认为也许是因为摊位上写着Local Delights(“本地美食”)。合逻辑吗？
After eating, we left the food center and passed by the road which would be closed in the night and many people would come and eat satay.
吃完之后，我们离开了食阁经过了将在夜间会关闭的道路。那时，许多人会来吃沙爹。
We passed another place which serve western food at a price quite reasonable. My lady said worth exploring with the price and the aircon.
我们经过另一个以相当合理的价格买西餐的地方。太太说值得去试试因为价格和有空调。
After I crossed the road, I turned back and take a photo of the building with a long history.
我过马路后，回头拍了这历史悠久的建筑照片。
