Mis imágenes son mi voz. Me encanta leer, pero no escribo. Yo en cambio dibujo, y cada una de mis imágenes narra un fragmento de mi historia.
Lo que más me gusta de las imágenes es la ausencia de barreras lingüísticas. Cuando ves mi imagen y te identificas es porque sin conocerte también narro tu historia.
Para hacer ésta ilustración utilicé rapidografos punta 0.05 y 0.1. Y aunque carece de palabras, tengo mucho que decir en ella.
Quizás te digo: He estado sumergida entre dos espacios, y en ambos me encuentro, y en ambos soy. Y hay espacio interior que no puedes ver. Y en la imagen está la oscuridad. Pero no hay temor a lo desconocido porque allí se oculta algo. Hay mucho por descubrir en la oscuridad, en el misterio.
Quizás me digas: Tu imagen se parece a mí porque a veces me sumerjo en un universo, y desde allí puedo ver todo lo que me rodea. Si me sumerjo en el vacío puede que desaparezca.
Así como las palabras de mis autores favoritos se sienten como mi voz cuando las leo, espero que mis imágenes se sientan como tu voz cuando las veas.

My images are my voice. I love reading, but I don't write so often. I draw instead, and each of my images tells a fragment of my story.
What I like the most about the images is the absence of language barriers. When you see them and identify yourself it is because without knowing you I also tell your story.
To make this image I used tip 0.05 and 0.1 stylus. And although it lacks words, I have a lot to say in it.
Perhaps I tell you: I have been submerged between two spaces, and in both I find myself, and in both I am. And there is interior space that you cannot see. And there is the darkness. But there is no fear of the unknown because something is hidden there. There is much to discover in the dark, in the mystery.
You may tell me: Your illustration looks like me because sometimes I immerse myself in a universe, and from there I can see everything around me. If I dive into the void it may disappear.
Just as the words of my favorite authors feel like my voice when I read them, I hope that my illustrations feel like your voice when you see them.
