Block production under Hard Fork 21 is stable now and it does include major changes for everyone.
Thanks to @yabapmatt for steady and swift update for SteemBotTracker for adjusting values according to HF21.
- @appreciator is now running with adjusted value for Author rewards of 50:50
- Right now, minimum bid is still 3 and it might be changed later on
- Minimum post age has been reduced to 5 minutes
- Terms of use Appreciator remain the same and you may read it in following post which does include blacklisting
