A Banana A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

As part of my daily routine, I usually eat a banana smoothie for breakfast at least 5 days a week.

Bananas are high carb and full of energy to help me through the day.

Today I added a couple of strawberries for some flavour and added goodness.
