Esta semana, (del 20 al 26 de noviembre) fue una montaña rusa de emociones para mi, literal. Pero todo lo ocurrido me hizo dar cuenta de lo necesario que muchas veces es experimentar momentos turbios para volver a tu centro, reflexionar sobre ti, lo que quieres, y aplicar inclusive las cosas que has aprendido en cualquier ámbito. Fue una semana relativamente tranquila, no tuve estrés significativo por algo en particular, pero si estuve muy distraída, me costaba concentrarme; tanto que no trabajé como acostumbro y tampoco pude prepararme bien para una evaluación práctica que tenía el pasado lunes en la universidad (que por suerte no dio chance de presentar, así me preparo como se debe para la proxima semana jajaj🤭).

I hope you are feeling great and have started the week with the best energy, welcome to a new Weekly Review! This week (November 20-26) was a roller coaster of emotions for me, literally. But everything that happened made me realize how necessary it often is to experience turbulent moments to return to your center, reflect on yourself, what you want, and even apply the things you have learned in any field. It was a relatively quiet week, I had no significant stress for anything in particular, but I was very distracted, it was hard to concentrate, so much so that I did not work as I usually do and I could not prepare well for a practical evaluation I had last Monday at the university (which luckily I did not have a chance to present, so I prepare myself properly for next week hahaha🤭).

Digamos que me pegó la luna jajaj, en serio hubo días en los que llegaban a mi muchos pensamientos y recuerdos que me hacen sentir triste o con cierta molestia, y otros que me hacen sentir emotiva pero por felicidad, logros, etc. Lo bueno es que comprendo perfectamente que el proceso y el camino no es lineal. Está bien tener días donde mi mente, emociones y sentimientos estén patas arriba, está bien no querer hacer nada y está muy bien llorar, que es mi forma de poder drenar y liberarme de pensamientos y emociones de baja vibración… Otra cosa que me ayuda siempre mucho es poder hablar de lo que esté sucediendo, gracias al cielo tengo amistades que están para mi en estos momentos, y me escuchan o leen muy atentamente, sin emitir ningún tipo de juicio ni desvalidar mis emociones. Aparte que por supuesto me aconsejan desde sus experiencias y me ayudan a saber que hacer y cómo hacerlo. Que ligado a este último punto, conversar, desahogar previamente con alguien de confianza, o quizás escribiendo simplemente, me permite no actuar de forma impulsiva, ni herir a alguien más, sobre todo si tengo que hablar algo serio y específico con una persona.

Lo positivo, es que al día en que estoy escribiendo este post, ya esa inquietud en mi mente desapereció, pude liberar cargas emocionales, dejar claras ciertas cosas, aclararme a mi misma otras tantas, y pues estoy ya lista y dispuesta a terminar el año de la mejor forma, y sobre todo, tranquila de mente y corazón. De resto, tuve clases y momentos en la uni bastante chéveres y agradables, entrené muy bien, y nada, todo eso me ayudó también a sobrellevar de mejor manera mis sentires de la semana...

The good thing is that I fully understand that the process and the path is not linear. It's ok to have days where my mind, emotions and feelings are upside down, it's ok to not want to do anything and it's very ok to cry, which is my way of being able to drain and free myself from low vibrational thoughts and emotions....

Another thing that always helps me a lot is to be able to talk about whatever is going on, thank heavens I have friends who are there for me in these moments, and they listen to me or read me very attentively, without passing any kind of judgment or belittling my emotions. Besides, of course, they advise me from their experiences and help me to know what to do and how to do it. That linked to this last point, talking, unburdening previously with someone I trust, or perhaps simply writing, allows me not to act impulsively, or hurt someone else, especially if I have to talk about something serious and specific with a person. The positive thing is that as of the day I am writing this post, the restlessness in my mind has disappeared, I was able to release emotional burdens, clarify certain things, clarify myself and I am ready and willing to finish the year in the best way, and above all, calm in mind and heart. Otherwise, I had some very nice classes and moments at the university, I trained very well, and nothing, all this helped me to cope better with my feelings of the week.
