This will be effective from June 18th, 2018 KST (Monday). ## Why We’re Stopping the Resteem Airdrops As we announced, the HUNT token bounty airdrop was designed to promote Steemians to participate in the Steemhunt project. There are four main categories in this section - sponsors, voting/resteem, referrals, and posting/commenting/moderation. We are currently running the airdrop for sponsors and voting/resteem. (check out our airdrop manual - https://github.com/Steemhunt/web/wiki/HUNT-Token-Airdrop-Manual). ![](https://i.imgur.com/sbOQDNy.jpg) The resteem airdrop is designed to spread our good hunting posts on Steemit so that other Steemians can join as a hunter. We set the following rule for this - This is based on "person," not "post," which means you will be counted as "1 person" even if you have resteemed multiple posts today. However, we’ve received several complaints from other Steemians about people resteeming too many times each day. This annoys those who are not interested in these posts. #### We apologise if some of our resteemed posts disrupted your individual Steemit feed. We think this is a crucial issue, so we decided to stop the Resteem airdrop.
## However, the Voting Airdrop will be Continued, and from now on Delisted Posts WILL BE COUNTED. As we planned, the 40,000 tokens per day for the upvoters are still valid. For your reminder, HUNT tokens are distributed everyday for the upvoters based on the share of the person’s upvoting value of the total hunter rewards of the day. We’ve received several complaints from the upvoters of the hunt posts that were delisted after their upvotes because they were not counted. So we decided to change this policy. From now on all the upvotes, regardless of whether they are verified or delisted posts, will be counted in the airdrop distributions. ## Bounty for Contributors is Newly Added Since we will stop the resteem airdrop which is 20,000 tokens per day (140,000 tokens per week), we came up with a new bounty airdrop idea. We will use this fund to distribute the following contributors who: 1. Report abusers who are blacklisted 2. Create content to promote Steemhunt projects (article, video, etc.) 3. Contribute to our development or content moderation We will select the contributors every week based on the amount of contributions they make for this project, and distribute the 140,000 weekly HUNT tokens (those who report the abusers will get 1,000 tokens per account). ## THE RESTEEM AIRDROP WILL BE STOPPED BY JUN 18, 2018 KST.
