- အိုင်တီ၊ ပညာရေး၊ စက်မှုနည်းပညာ၊ ထုတ်လုပ်မှု နဲ့ စျေးကွက်ရှာဖွေရေး ပညာရပ်တွေဟာ အမြဲတိုးတက်ပြောင်းလဲနေပါတယ်။ ဒီပြောင်းလဲမှုကို အမှီလိုက်ဖို့ တစ်ခုထဲသော နည်းလမ်းက လေ့လာသင်ယူနေဖို့ (learn)၊ မလိုတာတွေ မေ့ပစ်ဖို့(unlearn)နဲ့ ထပ်မံလေ့လာနေဖို့(relearn) ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ - ကျွန်တော်တို့ အလုပ်တစ်ခု (သို့) ပညာသင်ကြားမှု အစပိုင်းမှာ စိတ်လှုပ်ရှား လေ့ရှိပေမယ့် နောက်ပိုင်းမှာ စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုလျော့နည်းလာတတ်ပါတယ်။ အချိန် ကြာလာတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ် တတ်သိသလောက်နဲ့ပဲ လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း မလိုတဲ့အရာတွေကို မေ့ပစ်ဖို့ (unlearn) နဲ့ ထပ်မံလေ့လာသင်ယူ(relearn)ဖို့ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဂရုမပြုမိတော့ပါဘူး။ - လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ် ၂၀ က လိုအပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်အကိုင်တွေဟာ အခုချိန်မှာ အသုံးမလိုတော့ဘူး။ ဒီလိုပဲ လာမယ့် အနှစ် ၂၀ မှာဆိုရင်လဲ နောက်ထပ်အလုပ်တွေ ပျောက်ကွယ်ဦးမယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

How to unlearn

- ကျွန်တော်တို့ငယ်စဥ်ကတည်းက လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့လို့ learn, relearn နဲ့ရင်းနှီးပေမယ့်၊ unlearn ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးနဲ့မရင်းနှီးခဲ့ပါဘူး။ လေ့လာသိမှတ်ထားတာကို unlearn လုပ်နိုင်သလို၊ အလေ့အကျင့် တစ်ခုကို လဲ unlearn လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုကို မေ့ဖျောက်ဖို့ ဖြတ်လမ်း နည်းကတော့ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုနဲ့ အစားထိုးခြင်းပဲလို့ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ ကော်ဖီသောက်လေ့ရှိတဲ့ အကျင့်ကို လက်ဖက်ရည်သောက်တဲ့အကျင့်နဲ့ အစားထိုးတာမျိုးပါ။ အစားထိုးခြင်းရဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်က အလေ့အကျင့်ဟောင်း၊ အတွေးအခေါ် အဟောင်း အပေါ်မှာ အာရုံ မရောက်အောင်လုပ်တာပါ။ ဒီလို အစားထိုး လေ့ကျင့်ဖန်များလာရင်း အလေ့အကျင့် ဟောင်းက တဖြည်းဖြည်းပျောက်ကွယ်သွားတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။ - အတွေးအခေါ်တစ်ခုကို လဲ အသစ်တစ်ခုနဲ့ အစားထိုးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ လူတွေဟာ သတင်းမှား တစ်ခုကို ကြားဖန်များလာရင် အမှန်လို့ ထင်လာကြတယ် လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်မှာ ဂျာမန်နာဇီ နိုင်ငံရေးသမား Joseph Goebbels က ဒီအချက်ကိုအသုံးချပြီး သူ့တို့ရဲ့ မဟာ လူမျိုးကြီးဝါဒကို ဝါဒဖြန့်ခဲ့တာပါ။ (ref no 3 မှာ ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါတယ်။) - နောက်ဆုံး အဆုံးသတ်အနေနဲ့ ''ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ချစ်သူကို ကိုယ်အရင်ချစ်နေကျပုံစံကို မေ့လိုက်ပြီး ပုံစံသစ်နဲ့ ချစ်ဖို့ သင်ယူတော့မယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ စာသားပေးပါတဲ့ 'unlearn' ဆိုတဲ့သီချင်းနဲ့ အဆုံးသတ်ပါရစေ။ သီချင်းစာသားလေးကိုပါ ဖော်ပြထား ပါတယ်။ _source
