To @betterthanhome, I had this slice of vegetarian Black Forest cake for my tea time just now.
I wanted to show @betterthanhome another type of Black Forest cake, after the word Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte being introduced to me. Apparently Black Forest is a 100% German recipe and she (I assume you are a lady) going to find out why it is so common and popular outside of Germany.
A cake must go with a cuppa black coffee, don't you think so... lol
